My experience at Ms Boudoir was phenomenal. Sharon was so lovely, experienced and highly professional. She went to great lengths to explain the whitening procedure step by step, ensuring I was comfortable and made to feel at ease. Sharon was attentive, reassuring, kind and gentle. I will definitely be back on a regular basis and highly recommend this wonderful hidden gem. Ms Boudoir offers an array of great services. Well worth a visit!

Might as well put up a sign saying "Whites only" on the front door. I have never encountered anything as such in my entire life. Their website advertises offering various massages so I wanted to enquire about it. But as soon as I opened the door, the old lady at the reception raised her hand up and said stop. She looked at me as if to ask what I was doing there. I still politely asked her if they provide any massages to which she replied NO and that not they did not have availability today but just a NO. I am not even sure if you can deny services to somebody after advertising it on your website but I was so taken aback that I did not know what to say. I can only say that I have never interacted with such a horrible person my entire life.

Made me feel so comfortable and was so quick! Next to none pain - for what it was! Def recommend

I tried to enjoy my experience here and keep from writing a review but I won't be coming back. I came here last Friday and she answered the phone with just a "hello? " totally threw me off but booked in an appointment for 15 minutes after the call.she made sure that I knew she was trying to leave early, mentioned it 3 times that she was hoping to finish early for the day.she could have not booked me instead of complaining the whole time.she seemed like she was trying to be personable to an extent but it was so rushed and pushed and the same with my service. I came for a full Brazilian and it was definitely the worst I have received.she was plucking away at my hair with tweezers and switching back and forth between waxes with no particular reason.by the time I got home and properly looked at myself (after being rushed out) I had a lot of broken hairs, she tweezed some spots until they bled and I had little bits of wax still stuck to me as well as pieces of skin pulled off. I am riddled with ingrown hairs and I had skin inflammation for days afterwards and I still have really dry flaking skin coming off almost like a sunburn.this isn't my first Brazilian but I won't be coming back here for my next.

Best waxing I have been to in Melbourne. She knows what shes doing and uses good quality products. I felt really comfortable with her she is nice and caring.

Had my first ever spray tan today and couldn’t be happier. She’s a magician with that spray gun and knew exactly what colour I should go just by looking at me! I’ll definitely be back!
