I had a great experience following Matt for the day as an OT student. He provided insightful and helpful suggestions to his clients and thoroughly explained how the equipment he was suggesting would help to aid and improve the quality of life for his clients. He was able to establish a good rapport with his clients as well as their families providing them with informative responses and excellent care!

Matt, our Consultant, has been patient, helpful, understanding, making a stressful process easier to navigate through.

Dad has now been sleeping in his medi-bed for a few nights and he has advised that the new mattress has drastically improved his back pain. He does not have any pain or stiffness waking up.

With Matt's keen eye for detail, we were able to pinpoint problem areas we never knew existed and find solutions.

Overall, a great outcome. I would highly recommend Matt for any future OT matters.

Matt has been looking after my NDIS file. He came and assessed my needs and looks after my well-being, to make sure all of my needs are met. Matt will seperate my issues and tackles them one by one. So far he has addressed both my strength and balance. Matt orders what I need to feel like I can accomplish things myself. So far the items have been a jar, can and bottle opener, therapeutic putty in different colours bc of how firm they are, pull box’s and a cutting board on a workstation. They are fantastic and they make me achieve a lot of things by myself. I have never had an OT before, but if I wanted one it would be great to have Matt as your OT as he is a kind and genuine person.
