A big thumbs up to the team at Mr Verandah.
We got a verandah built in our backyard and Craig did the initial assessment and quote and was quite thorough with the process. The building work was done by Andrew (and I guess Craig's son, don't remember his name:) ). Very punctual and did a fantastic job. Chris kept me in loop through the entire process.

We were extremely happy with the whole process of having our custom carport built by Mr Verandah. Chris, Craig, Cooper, Mason and Issy were all receptive and helpful throughout the build and everything was completed in a professional and timely manner. The team worked with us on creating the best design for a tricky area adjacent to our house then executed this plan perfectly. They kept us updated throughout the process and immediately rectified any minor issues identified. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

Very happy with our deck and pergola. The tradies were very punctual each day and very respectful of our property and our neighbours. Finish project very quickly to a very good standard

Am enjoying the verandah and the carport built by Mr Verandah! Chris was helpful, professional, understanding and patient, and communication throughout the whole process was fantastic. All their builders and roof plumbers were also fantastic to deal with.

Mr. Verandah recently finished building a combination skillion verandah and open pergola for me and I am extremely happy with the final product. The attention to detail and workmanship was excellent and all my communication with the team was professional and transparent. The team at Mr. Verandah (Chris, Craig, Mason and Issy) did a terrific job and I can't recommend them highly enough. 5 stars!

All in all fairly good considering covid times but that's not an excuse for materials or any else considering we still got charged the full cost
Just a few little things let them down in my opinion but that is my opinion and I suppose nothing can be perfect these days

I can highly recommend Mr Verandah. From the very first contact they have been thoroughly professional and courteous to deal with.
They were able to take my design and implement it into the exact verandah that I was envisioning, seamlessly adding it to my home as if it was meant to be in the original design.
In fact it is the showpiece of the house now.

I cannot rate Mr Verandah highly enough. From commencement - they listened to my input and offered suggestions that not only complemented the existing house structure and design but enhanced it. I now have a gorgeous new gable carport and skillion front verandah plus a large rear verandah with a gable roof and a gazebo end. Everything has been completed to the highest standard. There was regular communication with Chris and Craig and excellent craftsmanship from a friendly and dedicated team. Highly skilled carpenters Jordan and Gav were courteous and always left the site clean each day. The roofing is also of a very high standard. I love it guys thanks very much? Super strong and sturdy structures. I am receiving countless compliments from neighbours on how beautiful my home now looks. I very happily highly recommend Mr Verandah.

We had a very unpleasant and unfair experience with Mr. Veranda. We were taken for a ride on their behalf and thousands of dollars later and 8months later still had no veranda. Communication with team and staff was very poor. We paid initial fee of thousands so they could get the permit from the council. In this process on top of paying thousands for permit we were told to get a Surveyer at our own cost in order to get a floor level measured to clarify we could get decking at certain height we wanted. After all of this and months of waiting Chris returned to us saying the veranda size we initially wanted would be cut short because of 2 water pipes that run through our back yard that we initially got the go ahead to progress with post Surveyors report. He came back to us with a poor alternative that was just bit good enough. We trusted these guys to mediate the process between us and the council we had to chase up with Chris every couple of weeks for an update those of which we now don’t trust he was telling us the truth as one minute we got the go ahead then next we couldn’t build over pipes. Just all around terrible experience with no result on our end bar thousands gone down the drain no resolution with refund either. Don’t use these guys for your veranda bad communication throughout, very unprofessional and literally wasted thousands of our money.

Would not hesitate to recommend Chris & his team! Fabulous. We added a side & rear verandah to our place along with a few added extras. Nothing was too much effort for Mason assisted by a moon booted Cooper (poor guy had broken his leg)! Minor changes during construction were no hassle. Great craftsmanship and delivered on time. Exceeded our expectations, well done to Mason, Cooper, Chris and Issy. Great team effort! FIVE STARS

From design to quotation to permits Mr Verandah nailed it
Then came the build. We are quite picky and the team building our carport was even more picky getting everything absolutely spot on.
The assistance did not stop when it was all over and finished. Chris Dimos was there supporting us much after his part of the job was over. Overall a very impressive team. I would not even bother getting anyone else to quote on future jobs

Chris and his team were amazing. They answered all of my questions and explained the preparation required prior to the carport being built. I am now a proud owner of a beautiful carport, it was exactly what I wanted and would highly recommend to others.

We are very happy with our federation style deck at the front of the house. It was a thorough process and the team were all very helpful through the process from the quote through to the building. They were very accommodating and put in good protocols during this time of covid 19 isolation. We can enjoy the view from a refreshed space that we love sitting in.

Have just had our verandah finished and it has exceeded our expectations. The whole team at Mr Verandah were fantastic to deal with making the process very easy and hassle free.
