Mr Sneaker Cleaner

All I got for my $55 to clean my shoes were the dirty shoes returned in a box. Cleaned them myself with a toothbrush and dishwashing liquid in 5 minutes. Would never use them again. I also had to wait a week for them to do nothing. Photos of when I picked them up and then when I cleaned them myself.

Warning! Do not use. My $221.00 runners were returned to me after a 3 week wait damaged. I had purchased these runners in June and they have ruined them. They were only cleaned because of the flood waters in Maribyrnong. They are poor communicators and the service was poor. I will be seeking my money back through consumer affairs.

I had my YSL sneakers cleaned and painted and whilst there was a delay with my order the subsequent communication and reason provided was let’s just say unprofessional and irrelevant to matter.
Anyway im not sure what type of chemical they have used in the cleaning process but on my first wear the shoelaces started ripping apart with relative ease which is soo unusual. This shouldn’t happen, right? Shortly after I realized that the whole structure of the leather has been compromised and what was a very stiff and well fitting shoe it is now soft and it it feels like the shoes leather has lost its structure and integrity. This business takes no responsibility for damaging the shoe and off course it is soo difficult to prove that they damaged the shoe so the best they did is to offer me free shoelaces.what a joke.
This is not a credible business and I would recommend against using them to get your luxury leather cleaned by them.
