Mr Roofing and Skylights

I rang Russell to help me with leaking skylights that no one had fixed. Despite going back to my original manufacturer, other plumbers, builders, handymen and insurance co's. So although I am not in his area he went to a lot of trouble to explain and source help for me including trying to
contact my supplier in Bayswater to follow up on servicing my leaking skylights. Plus he also found a local repairer that he knew to come and assess the damage and help me.
I was so impressed with his care and helpfulness that it really renewed my faith in humanity. His kindness went beyond professional help, almost like the service we used to get many years ago that had care and pride their occupation and that extra mile in service.
Can't speak highly enough about Russell and his honesty.

I submitted an enquiry online and received a text within 5 minutes. When I called back, Russell was available to look at the problem immediately. I dashed home from work and he was there; he climbed on the roof, worked out what was needed and said he'd get the parts straight away and fix it now. I couldn't believe that kind of service still exists.

Russell was a great help, he was able to get out to my house and replace two leaking skylights, and do some general maintenance on the roof well before anyone else was even available. He was honest and was incredibly easy to work with. Would highly recommend.

Came straight away to stop any water getting in. Then back on the Monday to repair the roof properly.

Roof was leaking quite badly with the heavy rain in Melbourne. Rang Russell, he was able to come around within 24 hours which was great as others take up to a week. On inspecting the job, and mindful of the fact that I had no replacement tiles he suggested a cheap, practical solution. Did the work quickly and efficiently. After lots of questionable advice and outrageous roof repair quotes I got Russel to do an assessment. Equal parts counselling session and roof assessment. He did a thorough assessment with photos and explained that my roof is actually fine with no works required. Just saved a bunch of cash!
