I originally shopped around for the best price as I was on a tight budget but I have to admit, it was the amazing customer service and pride in their products that impressed me the most (and yes, they were still the cheapest!) The other providers I looked at had older elliptical machines and ridged contract terms. Mr Rental listened to my needs, offered an array of options and prompt delivery and pick up.
