Mr Pizza

Sorry to say but we are their regular customer they stuff up our order on uber eats upon contacting them they offered no help we are really disappointed by their customer service.

Pizzas were edible but very ordinary. This was our first time buying from this establishment and likely our last.

I have been coming here since I was 10 years old, quality has never changed. I have lived interstate for years and come back and still the same quality and taste, best pizza in Australia and I have had more then most people will have in their lifetime. They definately have the best pizza sauce recipe, always fresh ingredients and follow instructions relatively well. I would give 6 stars if you guys had your own delivery driver, but pickup is a sacrifice I'm willing to pay for the best pizza shop.

Never answer the phone when in the last hour of trading, even though states open. This is poor business

I travel all the way from Hawthorn for my favourite pizza which is the Macedonian.

Guys there are great.

Can’t understand plain instructions like “tomato sauce on top please” dough was still raw even after asking for a little well done. Won’t be ordering again. Was good at one point, not anymore.

I’m a regular here.quality of pizzas & customer service has been very poor. Today I ordered a margarita and they’ve been very stingy on the cheese topping. Lots of plain dough areas with no cheese. Not worth for the price that you pay.sorry to say, don’t feel like going here again: (

Great store and lovely staff. Whilst the pizza has a decent amount of topping taste wise the sauce and base are very bland. Also add twice as much oregano to the vegetarian pizza, a pinch is nowhere near enough.

Very bad costumer service and the owner having hair cut. You need to look after your shop mate don’t leave the kids there ok

Ordered two pizzas
1 a chicken pizza with only chicken and pineapple's
When i got home i saw that they put mushrooms on it
I called them and they tried to blame it on me at the end he said bring it back and he'll make me a new one with a bad attitude
The second time they put bbq sauce on it!

The second pizza was a margarita with exta cheese which was full of air bubbles and barely any cheese on it

Just waste of time and money

Not quality, last time I was ordered creamy Spaghetti whit mushrooms, always I bought this spaghetti will add chicken, lots of creamy sose and mushrooms, Mr pizza just add some mushrooms and little bit of cream not chicken not spicy and was really bad, such when the kids make spaghetti and sharge me $15. Before they was really clean and make it very nice but now No.

Don’t ever go there not fresh! Today I have few pizza 5 -3 garlic bread with 2 coke even not give me a plastic bag I asked? I dropped garlic on the way to my car bad customer service

I came here for the first time but it will be my last time becuase the pizza quality was so bad that it made me sick

Average Pizza, nothing to rave about. Pizzas Tasteless, asked for no olives but got olives, Aussie Pizza was very dry
Our go to pizza shop was shut so thought we would try this place but nah we wont be back.

I ordered Hawaiian pizza and it was very well made. They put alot of meat and were generous on the pineapple which was a huge thumbs up from me. Alot of other pizza shops would cut back on content and put more cheese to save costs but this shop did not do that. I paid $12 and was quite happy for it.

Go to this place it you want to be calling more than 10 times, and have it ring but no one answers. Then it magically just stops ringing. A+ business

Thomastown was in desperate need for a quality, fresh, delicious pizza and Mr Pizza delivered the goods!
Really nice pizza's, Great service, excellent prices what more could you ask for?
