4Picked up a TNT Overnight Express package here. TNT use it as a pick-up point. Lady behind counter friendly
Tried to pick up a parcel that was left there for me by TNT.their slip says open until 6.00pm.quick google search says open until 5.30pm.i tried called the mobile number on thier google page.no answer.arrived at 5.10pm to find they were closed? ! A lady was inside ding a closing routine no doubt and when i showed her i was simply picking up a package she yelled at me 'we're closed'. When i told her their advertised hours were a closing time of 5.30pm (i chose to use the google hours rather than the TNT hours) she shrugged her shoulders and yelled 'its not our business'? Was a very strange interaction indeed. I'd normally say call before you make the trip.but in this case i did that? Anyway. Just an FYI for the punters out there. There's alternative along the street.would try them first.
Today was the first time I visited this business and today is the very last time.the young bloke serving couldn't have been more surly if he tried. His attitude with other customers was always met as with me with a very audible disinterested sigh.one star is one star too many
Staff member was completely rude this afternoon, obv has no customer experience
After using this news agency for over 15yrs, I will not be back
You obv make enough money to not care who you put at your front counter
