Mr Noodle & Rice reviews
29I went to this place first time about one month ago and I've been back 4 times now. Great food, especially Nasi Goreng. Very tasty. Good quality.
The worst Asian food I’ve ever had, the food was clearly stale and left over, the taste was soo off and would never go back to this place, it’s an irony they call themselves the master of Asian food whilst they scam people with little or no effort on food prep and recipes. Such a disappointment.
We spent $80 for our meals, it was delivered late, soggy boxes of food, prawns like rubber, the green curry juice was spilt in the plastic delivery bag and all the food was cold. Plus the delivery guy didn't let us know that he had dumped it at the front door, we just saw him drive away, otherwise we would not have known it was on the doorstep. Never ever again grrr. We could not eat and had to throw out what a shame I can't add the photos I took.
I ordered on delivery and my lord it was awful. I got the steamed rice and honey chicken and there was no sauce with the honey chicken, it did not taste good at all. The chicken tasted very bad. The rice was mush, how can you get rice wrong? Very expensive as well for a meal I couldn't eat as it left me feeling so ill. 0/5 stars
Always great quality food and friendly service. Love the Pad Thai and best Beef Ho Fan this side of Singapore.
I wish I read the other reviews beforehand. If you are after a Pad Thai like you would get in Thailand or any other restaurant or home recipe really, try an alternative restaurant. Their version is like a Char Kway Teow but with slightly thinner noodles. Not a scrap of tamarind in sight, just lucky I like Char Kway Teow.
This place doesn’t sell sushi anymore. But when it did best priced place in Belmont. Only does hot meals now and they are very tasty.
I got the combination with steamed rice. It tasted very bland. However, it was absolutely packed full of food. So if you're hungry and keeping an eye on your salt intake maybe give them a shot.
My pad Thai was not near the taste of any pad Thai I have had in Thai restaurants in Melbourne. If you are looking for authentic pad Thai, you will be utterly disappointed.
My husband's char kuey teow was ok ; nothing great, just like soya sauce taste with kuey teow.
Having said that, the portion was big.
The Mongolian noodles were delicious! The young guy who served me was very friendly. Quick service too!
Our entire medical centre LOVE this place! Whenever we have any office meeting or birthday everyone requests food from here! We enjoy their char kway teow, fried rice, honey chicken, satay beef, tom yum noodles and gong bao chicken!
Ordered the salt and pepper chicken and Mongolian beef through ubereats. Food was ready when we went to pick up. Delicious food! Both chicken and beef weren’t too salty, had very nice flavour. The beef was tender. A satisfying meal overall:)
Great noodle shop. I get lunch from here regularly.best one in Geelong IMO definitely give it a go. Awesome home made spring rolls as well
Got the honey chicken through Doordash. Tasted awful, bland, and off. Partner tasted and said the same. Then opened to see if the chicken was properly cooked and it was pink. Very disappointed as that can cause food poisoning and even kill if left unchecked.
My blood pressure went up not just cause i wasted my money but because of how salty the black been beef was i gave 2 stars cause i was feeling generous, the food had no passion and ive had dramatically more tastier food from somewhere much cheaper than this place, i guess you get what you paid for doesnt apply here now i couldnt finish my food not cause im full but out of fear i might die from high blood pressure.
This is my favourite shop for my lunch break! The food is amazing and it's great value for money. The customer service is lovely and they make a gorgeous Miso soup
Asked for extra Chilli oil or fresh chilli I was told that they don't have any. I'm guessing maybe I'm the first customer asked for extra spicy:)
Have ordered here a few times, Snack Pack is delicious and great value, Teriyaki Chicken very tasty and generous serve Mongolian Beef very tender and full of flavour, Singapore Noodle is chock-a-block full of taste and well priced $$$ Always prompt and friendly service
So gutted ordered my valentines dinner from this restaurant through menu log.thought I was doing the right thing during lockdown and supporting a local restaurant.booked it at 3: 30pm for a 6: 30 delivery, at 7: 15 I ring to see where it is.it’s been sitting there for 45 mins and no driver came to pick it up.you would think someone would have thought something was wrong and made a call.next thing I get is a message from menu log saying order has been cancelled.thanks for ruining my valentines and all I was trying to do was support you!
Worst customer service ever. The owner was very rude. Me and my friend were waiting to place our order and he wouldn't even look towards us or bother to greet and ask us to wait. Finally when he came, he said he was too busy for it. Disgusting.
