I needed a muffler welded on, and whilst all other workshops were closed or completely booked out, Gordon got the job done, although quick, he made sure the work was quality and charged me a very competitive and fair price, for the craftsmanship that he offered. Excellent customer service and turn-around time, even on a public holiday they made time to get the job done for me. Highly recommend

I rang Hamish at Mr. Muffler asking about a delete on a rusted out-front muffler on XF Falcon he said bring the car down and he will have look just made it before they closed. Checking the car on hoist found the whole system needed replacing. Hamish gave a loan car to get home and replaced the exhaust on my XF Falcon the next day from an old, undersized system that was rusted to a new correct size system.
I’m extremely happy with their work pricing and attitude of the team there.

Hamish and Ray are great honest mechanics and I have no hesitation in recommending them. They saved me several thousand dollars by finding low kilometre used parts for my car instead of buying brand new for 5 times the price.

Went to this shop couple of Months ago. They did such a great Job on my Ford. RESPECT FOR THEIR HONESTY.

Terrible service and didn't provide rwc pink slip after I asked, charged me and wouldn't give me my car back until I paid. Will be reporting this to accc. Logged for my father Dennis

Workmanship and attitude is very poor. Easily angered and blaming the customer instead of carrying out the work in a professional manner.
Had to take my car back several times before it was "fixed" sufficiently.
Car was finally handed back to me with a new screeching noise, which ended up being the disk behind the tire rubbing against the wheel, which suggests careless reassembling which I had to fix with a separate mechanic due to loss of any trust.

Reasonably priced. Had a rattle in my muffler so needed to get it repaired. Called up and got in the next day. Took a little longer then expected to repair but very happy with the work:) :) would go back and recomend to my friends.

I went to fixed oil leek and he changed me 400$ and after two weeks that oil leaking come again when I asked from him he said there is something wrong with engine that’s why keep oil leaking. I went to different mechanic and he only changed me 155$ and he said they didn’t fix the oil leaking they put no leak chemicals to stop the oil leaking temporarily.

Highly recommended this place. I went to this place to fix up my car’s exhaust which was making too much noise. The owner was very nice and polite and fix the issue quickly and charge me very less as compare to others. Thanks and will see you guys in future.

My muffler was cracked from couple of places and I needed to have it fixed, I have searched for a good place near Bayswater. Mr. Muffler was close to me and I have start reading the comments. I usually read the bad ones first. When I read them all of the bad comments all of.them were 1 stars and the owner kindly responded to them but they didn't responded back. So most of the other comments were 5 stars. I have figured out that somebody was systemically trying to lower the over-all rating of this place.

So I went there to check out, I explain the problem, he let me drive on to the hoist, check it out, and repaired it. He solved my problem in a short time with a very reasonable price. Thank you so much. I definitely recommend Mr. Muffler Bayswater.

Every time i take my car to Hamish, him and his crew do a fantastic job, they are super friendly, very polite, explain things as simply as possible to you and talk you through it all. While still having the most competitive prices around, I trust these guys very much, they care about your safety and do everything to ensure that your car is safe and back to you in a timely manner. Have taken 2 of my cars there over the last few years and I will be making sure I go see them and only them when it comes to fixing up my car.

Did my skyline and civic ages ago, never wrote a review, am now, worst job, no use of safety glasses, welds were terrible, got carbon poisoining and now have herpies.
