Mr Jason Rockey - Essential ENT Victoria

Was removed from a 5 year waiting list for corrective nasal surgery after waiting 2 years already with no warning and then they expected me to use a payment plan to pay for it instead, with the only explanation being that Rockey no longer helps bulk billed patients.

After calling several times asking to be forwarded or referred to a different ENT I was told the only way they would do that is if I made a new appointment. Then after making this appointment they said my GP referral had expired and I needed a new one for the appointment.

So after years of waiting I still have no sense of smell, still can't breathe and I'm back to square one, if you have any regard for your own time avoid this greedy quack.

Dr Rockey is an amazing ENT and great surgeon, he is very comforting before surgery and after. Very recommended.
