MR HOME THEATRE

We'd used Rob before, and then moved to a new house with very complex systems. Rob spent a whole day sorting out my internet, audio and video systems and put together a whole new sytem.that works (really well!).

I engaged Rob and his Team to install our home with state of the art home automation and to build my Home Theatre room back in 2019. Both projects were completed on time and on budget but more importantly they included us in the journey at all times and their creativity and knowledge of modern technology in their field was outstanding. Down the track 4 years, the back up service we receive is just superb and it has been one of our best decisions to engage Liviion when we built our new Townhouse.

Rob and his team have phenomenal expertise and experience in AV and home theatre. From end to end they ensure an optimal result, from initial consultation to configuration to installation. What we saw is what we got.

Rob and his workmate were efficent and punctual. They communicated with each other in techno-speak but were able to explain the installation in layman's terms using plain English. They offered a variety of solutions to a difficult problem. They sourced and supplied all necessary equipment. The system as installed works well.

Rob and his Home theatre team were fantastic in installing my audio-visual set-up, I'd strongly recommended them! Right from Rob's first consultation visit it was clear I was in safe hands, with the approach and attention to detail even at this early stage quite different to other companies I had spoken to.

I was looking for someone who could advise and consult as much as just implement, even for my relatively simple job, and I got that from Mr Home Theatre. The installation happened really smoothly and quickly. I was really impressed with the care and focus from all the team, it was clear the team weren't just interested in getting the job done but getting the details right.

During the install I explained a little "nice to have' feature I'd been thinking about which wasn't in the original scope which would enable me to keep connectivity with my PS VR set-up and Children's SingStar set-up and the team simply included that in the "to do" list for the day.

You could see that the team had a passion for the tech and the work and when everything was done at end of day, all the rubbish removed, all the cabling tied and labelled and the set-up config all completed, the team were as pleased and happy with the final look and set-up as I was.

Rob supplied our outdoor audio to our new background completed November 2018. They installed a outdoor tv, supplied 2 audio zones running HEOS and foxtel!

We had a full size tiled concrete pool with raised spa installed over looking our deck and outdoor kitchen. The Heos works brilliantly and Rob knows his stuff and its the 2nd install from Mr Home Theatre. We listen to anything and everything from multiple devices from within the pool and spa and adds to that extra touch and enjoyment outside.

"Heos" was strongly recommended by Rob and we're so happy we went with Robs advice. Its better than Sonos.

After being let down by other very well known companies, Rob was fantastic. Came out at short notice, called me when he was running a little late, left him in my place whilst I was at work and did a sensational job. Mounted TV on wall and connected it all up to a surround sound system including mounting speakers. Couldn't recommend him highly enough.
