Thank you Graham & team for your attentive and thorough workmanship on our family car. A flawless finish which has erased the anguish of this self inflicted damage.

Got into an accident in my brand new BMW (not my fault) and was a bit stressed out at the process of fixing the car.

The team at Mr Gloss in Moorabbin are fantastic. In 2021i had an RACV truck rear end me then later a pubs umbrella fly across the road and spear into my car. Both times they fixed it and got it back to being exactly the same as before. No issues with there work. Highly recommended them for BMW repair.

AVOID AT ALL COST.seriously go anywhere else, look interstate or even overseas if you have too. If you can't, I would suggest just setting fire to your car it will be less of a headache. I gave them my CLS63 AMG for repairs after it was T-Boned and my insurance suggested them as a prestige panel shop. Far from it! They gave me back my car incomplete with parts missing and my back door not even fitted correctly. They didn't even have the parts to repair my car so held onto my car for a week with no work and Graeme gives you EVERY excuse under the sun! In total I had to go back here 4 times to get them to fix up the mess they caused. They are extremely unprofessional with no regard of how inconvenient their poor workmanship is. Never Ever Again!
