No good.
I called and was told that the call would be returned. I followed up about 3 days later and got a crabby response that he will call shortly. Three later still no call and I went elsewhere. Speaking to a neighbour later, he advised that he got a similar lack of response about three years ago.

Gary provided great advice and fast and efficient service at a great price. The other places I contacted didn’t even get back to me! Gary under-promised and over delivered.

Gary was very helpful over the phone when I first enquired about our cracked glass. I sent him photos and the size and he was able to quote over the phone. We then made an appointment for the next day and he turned up on time. He changed over the glass without a fuss and cleaned up afterwards. Very easy to deal with.

Great service, was recommended by another glazier who couldn’t do the job of fixing a major broken window pane on the front of the house.
Asked me to send some photos, which I did,
let me know he would come in 40 min to fix it, on a Saturday morning.
The cost was reasonable and agreed to.
Great prompt service after trying to contact many, many glaziers in the area.
Have no hesitation in recommending this company and will use again when needed.
