I have been using the services of Mr Gasman for several years now, for servicing our ducted heating and for the installation and maintenance of our beautiful gas fireplace. Peters knowledge and quality of workmanship is of high standard and the support service from Tracey and Caitlin in the office is outstanding as well. I highly recommend Mr Gasman.

We cannot recommend Peter and his team highly enough. From the moment we walked into the showroom, we felt at ease. We needed to replace our evaporative cooler and were worried about being ripped off, but these people made us feel at home, listened to and understood. They even questioned if we needed one as big as we were requesting. They weren’t just out to get what they could out of us, they genuinely cared. The price was great and the friendliness of Peter and his assistant when they came to install and take away the old one made us feel so comfortable with our decision and having them at our home. Such a relief when investing so much money into our summer comfort. 10/10 from us. This company came to my rescue after l was ripped off and conned from another company. They told me my rights and l have managed to get some of my money back, which l never would have fought for if l didn’t call Tracey and Caitlyn in the office. Tracey and Caitlin in the office were so helpful sent Josh out who looked at my heater and diagnosed the issue. We needed a new heater l went straight to this caring, knowledgeable trustworthy team to purchase a new heater we got great advice and they helped us out in getting the heater installed 2 days later as we have not had heat for months in winter. They are affordable and fair in their pricing and their knowledge is amazing.
Peter and Kyle were fabulous when installing cleaned up and even mopped the floor so it was all tidy when they left, explained everything they were doing l cannot fault them at all.
I will never use anyone different again this company is your trustworthy, Honest, reliable and fair local gas plumbing business on the Mornington peninsula. I encourage anyone to start to hear when it comes to servicing your heaters or installing new ones.

The best plumbing service in Mornington area, we just replaced the old hot water and gas heating system by Jake and Tracey, they provide a very quick response and service. Jake even fixed our gas meter leakage for us, highly recommended.

Josh from Mr Gasman came today to do regular bi annual check on our gas appliances, however gas ducted heating had "died". Josh quickly found "dead" component, replaced it and got heating going, thank goodness as it has been absolutely chilly for the past week. Josh also spotted an issue in the hot water unit, sourced the part locally and repaired that too. No issues with co2. Two very happy old people knowing gas appliances are safe again and working optimally. Thanks Josh!

I can recommend Mr gasman to anyone who was thinking about using their services. Tracey was very friendly and easy to deal with when I called into the store. And then Peter was very friendly, professional and thorough when he came to our house. Peter did more than I thought he would have. Would definitely use Mr Gasman again if needed.

We had our gas heater installed today by Pete and Josh and they were so professional from start to finish I can't praise them enough.
They took there time to make sure everything was perfect and when they finished Pete explained everything about how to use the remote.
I would highly recommend Mr gasman to anyone thinking about having a heater installed.

Purchased a new Brivis evaporative cooler from Mr Gasman Mornington and the whole process was wonderful to say the least. Mr Gasman has a very friendly team who went out of their way to ensure that I was completely satisfied from time of quoting to completing the installation. Great local family business! Jake, Tracey and the whole Mr Gasman team are outstanding. They provide a super modern experience backed by old school values. When evaluating a project Jake and the team give options and recommendations completely focussed on providing the very best result for the most reasonable investment. The team communicate realistic and accurate start times and the work starts when it is promised. On site the team are old school - they do the work with minimum disruption and leave the place better than when they left it. Having had a lot of trades at our place recently, the Mr Gasman team are the only ones to not leave a mess when they leave. They also do little things like when we had a little more crushed rock than what we needed they used the excess to fill in our driveway! Cannot recommend highly enough! Mr Gasman did a wonderful job replacing our old wood burner with a new gas heater. This involved removal and disposal of the old heater and flue, plus connection of gas to the property for the first time. Mr Gasman’s work was done in stages, as it had to be coordinated with other trades. Mr Gasman’s work was carried out efficiently and reliably at every stage, and completed to the highest standard of quality. We could not be happier with the final result - and thoroughly recommend Mr Gasman.

Tristan came today to fit a Gas Cooktop, it was a bit tricky, he went above and beyond and even wanted to vacuum. Very happy with price, happy friendly Tradie.

I would like to thank Tracey and Peter for the awesome service we received when installing our gas heater at Rye. We had only just purchased a holiday house in Rye when the lockdown started to get more serious, so we couldn't be there when the heater was installed. Tracey was in constant contact with us as to the status of delivery and installation. As it turned out it was no problem at all as we gave Peter access to our house, and before we knew it, the heater was installed and working beautifully from the video that he sent us so we could see the end result. They really went above and beyond in these trying times to make it as seamless for us as possible. Now we are only waiting for lockdown to finish so we can finally enjoy our wonderful new heater. From the moment we entered their showroom were were treated to 5 star service. Tracey was so helpful finding us the perfect heater for our home, and at a fantastic price.
Peter came out to our house twice prior to even doing any of the work to put the heater in (he even met the chippy here early on a Saturday morning just to make sure it was all going to be correct). Jake also popped by between those visits just to make sure all our questions were answered regarding contruction and design. Rang Mr. Gasman for Ducted Heating for my home, to replace the old gas wall heaters. Tracy organised for Jake to come & check out what was available for my premises. The appointment was kept on time, explanations precise, top brands of heating available.
On the day of installation, again on time, and the job was done neatly & cleanly. Jake went over and above, his service was exemplary. (old heaters removed, flues closed on roof) this was very important to me as I am an elderly woman & thought I'd need to find some-one else to do this for me.
So a BIG THANKS to Tracy & Jake & Team, I would highly recommend your company.
