LD Construction built our back decking + roof, we are happy with the service and the deck. We couldn't decide on the design for a while, Luke listened, offered some great ideas and gave us time to think over. He was patient with us changing the design and materials a few times. Luke even came a week after the deck and the roof were done to check that everything is fine. Cleaned the place properly, didn't leave any rubbish behind. Deck looks neat and modern. Viren errected large double gates, installed clear panels to deck roof. Replaced rotten timber in roof frame. Did a great job and price came in well under quote. Highly recommend.

Luke provided a quote within a short period of time, he was very flexible with me as I had to reschedule quotes due to work commitments. Luke was more than happy to work with me on my individual requests and kept me informed during the build. I am now left with a flawless Merbau deck; I am so happy with the quality of the build and the end product much so that I have requested Luke comeback to build further seating into the decking. We had a large deck and roof built. What can I say it looks BEAUTIFUL, I am so happy with the job and the outcome, he used great quality wood, everytime I looked he was always hard at work and it shows.

I would 100% recommend his work to anyone.

Very disappointing experience. We hired Mr Fixer based on all the good reviews but unfortunately was not the case for us. We requested skirting boards to be tacked on- these were merely placed on the ground along the walls, not tacked on at all. Had to pay someone else another $400 to come and do it properly. It was later found that Mr Fixer had not cut the skirtings correctly to measure.

Not all door handles were installed, nor wardrobe fittings. Apparently there weren't enough fittings supplied, however Mr Fixer did not bother to tell us this, but rather left the job incomplete.

Quadding to eves- rough job, not completed properly.

Master bedroom door lock has no door catch so we can't even lock it.

Works were incomplete and then on the day of installation, Mr Fixers boss arrived and said that he had misquoted as he is only a 1st year apprentice! We were mislead into thinking he was a fully qualified carpenter, yet he charges full rates!

Mr Fixers invoice requested payment within 14 days, however he was hassling my husband for payment immediately. It wasn't until we later moved in that we discovered other items that were not completed. When I contacted Mr Fixer, he said that the works were not completed due to insufficient materials, yet he didn't communicate this at the time, and would charge us to come back. He did offer to come back initially but my husband was not confident that the work would be done properly and was frustrated in dealing with him.

A bad experience all round.

Highly recommend. Specially acknowledge the punctuality and timely completion along with the great workmanship.
