The jam was minimal, the size of a 5c piece. Makes me sad.
These donuts used to be so good.

I also have to give their donuts one star (i’d give them less if i could). The choc jam donuts used to be amazing - then they changed the recipe. They taste horrible now. I am so disappointed. I’ll never purchase these again unless I know they’ve gone back to the old recipe.

Just chucked a box of these in the bin. What is the glaze? Because it tastes like repulsive candle wax. I can see why these are constantly on clearance at Woolies. They are borderline stale when fresh and the icing has no real flavour. It's just waxy. I would certainly think all the 5 star reviews are from paid employees. Lazy poor quality garbage a waste of ingredients.

What happened to these donuts? They taste like cardboard! Straight in the bin! Guys fix your brand!

These use to be my favourite donuts I loved the strawberry donuts but now the recipe or something has changed. There's no taste at all it's disgusting I don't enjoy them at all.

Your recent batches of donuts taste like they are weeks old… like what happened? These donuts use to be some of the best out there… now I feel like I should be compensated for even trying these stale bricks of cardboard.

Icing has changed and the donuts are awful! Had to throw them in the bin! Will not be buying again (Prob a good thing for a big girls waist line).

Used to be fantastic, recently have become inedible. Icing thin and weird tasting, fillings near non-existent and flavourless and even the donut dough seems less fresh. Whatever changed is going to sink them instead of saving them money.

Doughnut icing has been changed and is now disgusting. Jam ball doughnuts have also shrunk considerably. I have sent an email to customer service and no response. Ignoring a problem is not the best solution. The constant full shelf and in stock of your product on supermarket shelves is testament to the ghastly things you now pass off as doughnuts.

Use to love these doughnuts now there terrible! Smaller not as fresh and have a bad ater-taste they have lost me as a customer

They've changed the recipe so the chocolate icing is nowhere near as nice as it used to be. Disappointing

There was no jam in my jam donuts from safeway and I emailed and never heard anthting back come on guys

Mr Donuts has always been a favourite of mine for years but recently on multiple occasions upon purchasing my favourite jam donuts (4 pack) to be let down. To discover jam donuts with no jam.
I understand we can sometimes make mistakes, but what truly made this a bad experience was when I called customer service to let them know of the issue, only to be laughed at and not taken seriously.
Terrible experience.

Dear donut gods what have you people done to the icing bring back the old recipe PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF DONUTS

Why why would you change your icing on the donuts I'd buy a box of 4 and by the time I got home from shopping they would be gone now my children say there's something wrong with them they won't eat them. And please don't blame covid there is heaps of icing sugar and cocoa out there

I used to enjoy these as an occasional treat. They are now smaller, more expensive and worst of all, taste disgusting. A bit of a pity as they used to be really good!

Mr Donut was my favourite donuts, I have just tried one of my favourite donuts and I can’t believe what you guys done, please bring back your old recipe, I have asked other friends of mine and they have all said that they changed, absolutely revolting! When you’ve got a good thing going why change it?

Brought these donuts every shopping day but I will no longer the icing is tasteless a bit like eating copha. You have lost all my family and friends I’ve had to bin them money down the drain that my family can’t afford

Man, oh man! What on earth have you done! The banana custard donuts purchased the other day were disgusting. I have no idea as to what that icing is meant to be. It was like the worst, white compound chocolate imaginable and where on earth was the banana flavour? And wow, a whole teaspoon of weird "custard" in them now. Definitely never a purchase from here, ever again. They went straight to the recycle bin.
