I arrived late in the day so my choice was limited. I chose one of my favourites, plain Inari, it was HUGE, and it was spot on for flavour.

The prawn and avocado is delicious and so is the tuna. My toddler also agrees. The staff are very friendly too.
Tucked away is this Sushi goldmine! While it is in the middle of the Centre; this sushi was outstanding, fresh and delicious. Prices are reasonable and the customer service is excellent. So, let’s break it down…
Atmosphere: ****
It’s only a small shop located on the corner of the central café just outside the entrance to Coles. There is a fair few communal seats in front of the serving counter and if you don’t mind the internal buzz of shoppers, it could be nice to sit here after your shopping is done and have a few sushi rolls as a refreshing change of pace. The shop looks clean, professional and appetising.

Friendly, helpful and super quick! Was greeted with a smile and was on my way with my takeaway order in under a minute. Really well done.

Order: Tuna with Avocado, Fresh Salmon with Avocado & Fresh Prawn with Avocado and Cucumber - $10.90
Both with the soy sauce and without, these are some very good sushi rolls – Very fresh ingredients and not one of them dry at all. Plus, they even have brown rice options, if you are being super healthy.
Overall: This is a gold mine of your delicious sushi favourites that is surprisingly hidden in the middle of the Centre here. The food was delicious and will definitely be back again! Highly recommend! Thank you, Mr. Don Sushi.
