It's a small place but u do have a choice to eat inside or a few tables outside I prefer take away very clean and the food delicious it had alcohol licence and alchohol in fridge.

Can’t comment on atmosphere or service but the food is delicious. We often order take away and are never disappointed. Best Mongolian beef!

Great local. Not the typical suburban takeaway. Well lit restaurant.
Steamed duck and mushroom very flavourful. No bones.
Fried chicken ribs were massive.

We have been here several times and ALWAYS we have had a great experience. We have ordered the lemon chicken, satey beef and dim sims and the flavour always is great. The customer service never disappoint us. We are happy seen small business to succeed and have alternative options around the area. Keep going team!

Delicious food, vegetarian options (vegetarian Singapore noodles and vegetarian fried rice) were delicious, we also really enjoyed the mushroom and tofu dish. Would recommend

Great food and amazing service! Grew up in this area and have always struggled to find nice asian food until now.

This place has some uncommon dishes. Is well patronized. I tried the Mapo tofu which I enjoyed very much. It was not overly chilli hot and not overly doused with szechuan pepper corns. The use of leek instead of onion gave it a nice softness. The portion could have been larger but that could be because I enjoyed so much

Friendly staff and delicious dishes at a reasonable price. Char Kway Teow, Fried rice and Omelette are all nice.

Wow hard to comprehend how this place ever gets repeat customers. All 4 dishes I ordered were inedible.

Maybe just maybe they aren't burner accounts, but actually are complaining about an issue with your food? You take several people complaining about your bland food as wrong and disregard them as burner accounts? And yes your food was so atrocious that I had to leave this review in, I never in my life felt the need to do so with any other place. If any customers see this, just look at the other low reviews and what they say alongside the pictures. This restaurant charges absurd prices for mediocre stir fries with no "wok hei" or flavor so might as well do it yourself at home for less than a third of the price and with actual good flavor.

Stay far away if you want actual tasteful authentic cuisine. Not a bad option if you haven't been exposed to how the dishes are supposed to taste.

Mr Chu’s is my regular go too! The food is always fresh, flavorful and cooked fresh to order every time unlike other take away places. Truly the best Asian takeaway in the area!

Food and service was very good. However we thought that corkage at $10 per bottle was excessive. Particularly as we have a White and Red. So unfortunately we could not justify returning.

The food is really bad. They need to address this urgently.
We had the mongolian beef noodles and lemon chicken for lunch with spring rolls and satay skewers.
The mongolian beef was a greasy mess and didn't have any flavour.
The lemon chicken was a mess. Didn't have any depth to it at all.
The satay skewers were battered which was really weird and also not the right flavour.
I wouldn't recommend the food here.
There are also a number of other recent reviews with similar experiences and feedback.

I was recommended by a friend who lived nearby and I ordered the West Lake duck with Chinese mixed veggies. My wife ordered the hot claypot.

Our waitress was very friendly and professional.

Food was absolutely delicious. We'll be back for more.
