Mr Bratwurst

German bratwurst here is the best, cooked to order and served on freshly toasted buns. Right here in Prahran market.

Absolutely delicious bratwurst. Warm and super juicy. The cheese kransky was a little drier than I thought but taste-wise, delicious. The staff was super nice and welcoming.

We had the kransky hot dog with onion and sauerkraut and OHMYGOD it was bomb! I like this one the best out of all the markets bratwurst! So much Smokey flavor and the guy makes sure every sausage is cooked to perfection!

Me and my partner, we ordered Spanish Chorizo and Kransky, they were sooooooo good! It really made our day to have such a simple food made so good! What amazed me as well, the man (I’m assuming the owner?) remembered every single order taken despite having a lot of people ordering constantly. He was great at multi-tasking and still gave a warm smile, wished a great day while being under pressure. If you come to Prahran market and you’re hungry, go have a meal here, you won’t regret it!

Best german sausage i have had in australia! Very authentic and delicious! The pretzel was also extremely good. I highly recommend!

Hands down the best hotdogs I've ever eaten friendly staff, there is sometimes a bit of a wait but theres a reason for that it's always hard walking past and not grabbing one when visiting prahran market

Had a spicy chorizo today it was amazballs, the bun was very fresh and lightly toasted the sausage was lightly smoked and full of flavor very friendly and fast service, I'll be frequently visiting the chap for more tasty bratwurst.

Hot dog bread was average, but sausage was AWESOME
I wish they have sausage with some salad because it was a bit salty.
However, it was juicy, flavorful, couldn't smell stink from meat. Seasoning was beautiful.
The cheese they put on the hot dog didn't melt because they don't heat it up together with bread, but still fine.
I think I will get some salad to eat with sausage and it will be absolutely beautiful!

While going for a veg and fruit shop at Prahran Market, I was getting those familiar rumblings in my belly. I needed some food and fast! Mr Bratwurst came to the rescue. They had full grill of sausages ready to go. I got the Hungarian Beef sausage, with some sauerkraut. The sausage itself was meaty and delicious. The fresh and salty sauerkraut complemented it well. The hotdog bun was average, but who eats a hotdog for the bun anyways. Full range of condiments on the side of the shop for free! The team members were fast and friendly too.

I don't normally put a 5 star but these sausages are exceptional. The best sausages I've ever had. The both of us just couldn't get enough of it. Their takeaway sausages are also fresh and tasty. We had the spicy cheese kransky. It's also good value for money given the quality and size of the sausages. Highly recommended!
