My elderly father was having trouble connecting his TV in his new apartment. On calling Mr Antenna I spoke with a very friendly and helpful person who organised a technician and an appointment time for me over the phone. The technician was on time and sorted out the problem. The elapsed time from my initial call to completion of the work was just over two hours. This was a simple job but it is so refreshing to deal with a company that is so clearly service focused from start to finish that I wanted to share the experience.

It was good but the customer care while booking told me technician will give me free antenna cable when he comes and i dont need to purchase but the technician told me its 29 per cable which is usually 6 bucks in Bunnings

Nathan really knows his TV’s, he hooked up my free to air and sound through speakers. Also set up a small TV and advised on mesh systems for wifi. He even fixed the picture. Job well done.

Right from the first contact by email the company was professional and courteous. I had a email confirming contact, a phone call to make an appointment, and a message on the day saying Peter was on his way. 30mins later Peter arrived.
Peter was helpful courteous, and professional. Replaced the antenna and explained what he needed to do. Lifetime option on antenna, which I took up.

Did a good job however wish he was more careful walking past our cars as he hit them with the box the cable was in.
