Husqverna chainsaw was returned the same day due to excessive oil leak was conformed by their top technician, manager still said that how they are. Do have vedio footage, in touch with consumer affairs.

Worst dealership ever, I took my toro mower which is just over a year old with 50hrs on it for a service and upon inspection mowers galore decided that it would require a new motor (the mower ran perfectly fine). Mowers galore replaced the engine and scratched the mower on the exhaust, body and plastics. Upon pickup these issues were pointed out and where simply dismissed and denied even though we have photos of the mower before and after at mowers galore. We now have our near new mower back with marks all over it, throttle cables routed incorrectly and electronic components no longer working such as the light bar. Mowers galore have been extremely difficult to deal with and are not taking responsibility for their negligence, I have no other option but to sell this mower and move back to a John Deere as toros dealer network is pathetic. If you are looking for a new mower I suggest you go to another dealership.

I had a HUSQVARNA Petrol Grass Trimmer
serviced, they gave it back i couldnt start it and it bleed the fuel out when it was sitting not being used, took it back they told me they had a specialist from a geelong store fix it, after two attempts it still does exactly the same thing, ill take it elsewhere this time, if you cant get it right after two goes you dont really deserve a third attempt

Needed 'urgent' chainsaw tune (dropped off Tues needed Friday) and tune required a special tool. Done on time, well and fairly priced. Staff good communicators and very helpful.

Best customer service. This young Maltese man, was so helpful and the others. I use to go over the road before, where they don't care at all so then I thought I try these others across and what a difference, they all have excellent customer service, I recommend them very highly.

Visited store just before Christmas looking for a mower to purchase and was assisted by Jacob who was extremely helpful as I was unsure whether to go for a battery or 4 stroke mower. He showed me the options, advised the advantages and disadvantages on both mowers, as the grass in our house isn't the best so he suggested the 4 stroke. I wanted to go away and think about it. I returned yesterday and was assisted by Shannon who was also just as helpful, he showed me a slightly better 4 stroke for a touch more in price which I purchased and took home straight away. The mower is really great, light and easy to start and use. Thanks guys for you help, it made my decision al ot easier and also thank you for putting it in my ute. Poor customer service very $$$ and the 'mechanic' couldn't put a wheel together properly. Would not recommend to anyone and they stole my clip.

I got a really great deal on buying a brand new victor lawnmower it was cheaper then bunnings the staff was very helpful and very professional in explaining me the differences in lawnmowers.thank heaps

If you need a commercial mower. Come here but if you looking one for home its a bit pricey but good customer service.

Immediately fixed my line/trimmer. Recommended products to assist, looks like they have a large range of products with names you will not find at Bunnings. Highly recommended for all your garden needs!

Owner recommended a dedicated mulcher when i was looking for a mower. Brought it home and it was rubbish. Wasn't good for my lawn. Owner also recommended not buying a 4 stroke Honda Trimmer and the valves need constant adjusting. I have had the trimmer for 6 years now and still starts first time and no adjustments needed. He doesn't know what he is talking about. Avoid this place

New management at this place are really amazing and helpful and honest James was very honest with me and sold me a blower vac which suited my business best. As I soon I walked in I was welcomed with a smile from Jacob and stared explaining to me how the blower vac works I highly recommend mowers galore and repair times where very quick

Don't bother coming here. This place once offered a good service but is now very poor.

Took my mower in to get serviced and when i picked it up they'd stuck the service label over the foam handle grip with sticky tape. I asked them to take it off and was looked at like i was the idiot. The sticky tape took some of the foam grip with it.

When i lifted the mower into the back of my ute i found they had spilled a substantial amount of oil on the mower & not bothered to clean it up.

Great bunch of blokes they were very helpful and knowledgeable they put me on to the right product right away highly recommend giving them a go
