I went in there to get some parts for my Victa 2 stroke lawnmower. I felt like I was interrupting them. Eventually I got what I thought were the parts. Paid for them and left. The parts didn't work no matter what I did I went onto YOU Tube, found a company in Syd, ordered the parts on line, 3 days later the parts arrived, I fitted them and first pull the lawn mower started. No I do not recommend Mowers Galore Grovedale.

My head of my Stihl whipper snipper fell apart while performing a clean-up today. Being under pressure to finish the job I took the pieces to Mowers Galore (Grovedale), an outfit I use to service my tools. I explained my problem and tight timeframe. An extremely helpful staff member took the problem in hand. First he compered a new replacement rotating head with the collection of bits and pieces I had bought in and confirmed that they seemed to be very similar (or identical). He then proceeded to reassemble the collection of parts that comprised my device. So far, so good. Now for a test run. It worked. For his next and final step he checked on the steps I went through to mix the 2 stroke fuel. It was apparent my process was fairly loose but the solution was as simple as purchasing the 2 stroke additive in a container enabling a precise measure for the volume of fuel I needed: easy! And the total cost $25. If nothing else, it reinforced my choice of Mowers Galore Grovedale for my lawn-care tools and devices. This was outstanding service!

These guys maybe great if you're a regular or buying a product but their service department and ability to give updates (5 months+) was all blah blah blah. You can tell how much they care by the lack of responses to negative feedback on this thread.

Great service and friendly staff, purchased a new chainsaw yesterday and was guided through the process of starting the machine. Very happy with my new Husqvarna thanks again. Cheers Danny Geelong

If I could give zero stars I would. Extremely poor customer service. Wouldn't honour faulty work they had previously completed and just tried to push me off to another store. Voting with my dollars and they will never get another cent from me personally or via my landscaping business.

Fantastic service and advise.
Bought a genuine Honda filter for my pressure washing machine and they looked up the one that suited and even had a good old laugh about how things where years ago.l left with feeling positive for the day.

This place has all your mowing and gardening machinery needs covered. I dropped my push rotary mower off to have its blades sharpened and got it back in just over a week (had to be sent off for work to be done). The mower now cuts like it did when I first bought it. The shop is replete with a large array of machinery and staffed by some very helpful and friendly people. Good job Mowers Galore.

Pretty disappointed in Mowers galore.

I purchased a Husqvarna pzt54 mower. It is classed as commercial mower.
It has done 50 hour's mowing and done the clutch. Husqvarna don't have any in Australia for 6 weeks.
Yet apparently they are not an issue.
Mowers Galore are big hearted and knocked $50 off a new clutch.
No more Husqvarna Mowers for me.
No more Mowers galore

Two times dealing with mower warranty - both times they were difficult to deal with and not standing behind their product. One was eventually resolved, the other they refused citing husqvarna not approving warranty repair - would have taken them 20min for them to fix, instead we all wasted heaps of time on phone discussing and me leaving with broken deck to fix myself and a bitter taste in my mouth. Not sure other outfits are any better.

After sales service is appalling. They're not prepared to make good their service mistakes. As a professional lawn mowing contractor (Jim's) my strong advice is to consider other options. Beware!

The mark of a good company to deal with is not when buying something from them, but how they deal with a customer complaint. These guys are your classic "fair weather friends".

23/10/2021 time 8: 45am to older guy who works there you have very poor customer service skills when a customer comes in and ask for help to get a nut to attach a blade you were so rude to me it was uncalled-for I will never go there again time to retire old man-5 rating.

I have been using the Grovedale store for the last 3 years and the service is the best I’ve seen and I’ve been a mowing contractor many years.
Recently purchased a zero turn and everyone went above and beyond to help out even stuck around after the delivery and helped work out the whole machine, explaining everything.

These guys go above and beyond. Husqvara tried to blame me so they could get out of a warranty repair. Dan and the crew at mowers galore persisted and got husqvara to honour their warranty in regard to manufacturing faults. If you are going to buy husqvara buy from these guys, they know their stuff and will go in to bat for you when they know it's not your fault. Thanks guys.

Was quoted $120 for a part that wasn't in stock with a week turnaround.
Went to Belmont Mower & Chainsaw repairs, $40 and was fitted in 5mins.
Staff at store didn't really seem to care, won't ever be back

Best mower shop in the district bar none. Oh and I was extremely disturbed by the sales persons insistence that I needed to divulge personal details in oredr that a warranty would be effective. I referred the fellow to the Trade Practices Act. And the Goods Act. It's not complicated.
