Used to take my Echo whipper snipper in for a service until it finally gave up with no spares after 30 years. I get my mower serviced here. Bunnings blower vac beyond help and beyond warranty. Helpful, genuine advice with years of experience in the family business. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. When you find excellent service support it.

Mike and Heather are very knowledgeable and friendly. We use them extensively and they know the industry and tools very well.

Went in seeking advice and was immediately offered assistance. Mike was knowledgeable, very friendly and was patient in answering my many questions.

Rang for a price.
He demanded my location and when he deemed I was too far from his shop, yelled and hung up.
Hopefully he was just having a bad day but I obviously went elsewhere

I contacted this business to enquire about a replacement wheel for my Victa lawnmower. The lady was unaccommodating and very rude. Terrible customer service. Not sure if she was having a bad day but I will not return to this store again for anything.

I have to agree with Sanjai Parameswaran's review. I stopped going to this store as I found them to be abrupt to the point of verging on rude. I now go to Bruce who has the Mower Power on the corner of Warrigal and North Roads. Even though it's a lot further away, I get great reliable service and at a cheaper rate than Mower Power Mount Waverley.

Highly recommend Mowerpower. I purchased a Husqvarna Chainsaw which was cheaper then big name tool shop franchises and provided with experienced customer service (not to mention a free tank of fuel and chain oil).

Great service and helpful advice initially as we had a new lawnmower, purchased elsewhere, whose chord wouldn't retract. Due to our work hours we were unable to collect until the following week, but they were all lovely. Today my housemate went to mow the lawns but after 40 minutes of using the mower, the same problem occurred with the chord not retracting. We rang only to be told (politely) it wasn't their problem as they had it working when it left the store. I'm sorry but I was gobsmacked.a repair on a new mower shouldn't only last 40 minutes, or one mow, and then be deemed as not their repair to followup on.even if it was to confirm we need to insist the manufacturers replace it.

A good range of equipment available to touch and compare. Staff know their oats so you should find something to your liking. It's not an internet page, so thank your lucky stars.
