News flash - this place is all talk and no action! It’s terribly disappointing when psychologists cannot practice what they teach or illustrate the values they promote. I begin to question the validity of their professional capabilities and authority to counsel on serious matters of human behaviour. A senior psychologist who practices life coaching at this clinic, is known to encourage patient empowerment of owning their mistakes and admitting their faults and accepting responsibility for their actions. Not to mention they are quiet vocal on social media about this concept of admitting to error. However this psychologist has failed, on many occasion, to say two simple words - “I’m sorry”.

This psychologist finds it more mature and professional to “deny” everything put to them, than actually talk about it when it has been presented. I’m still waiting for my validation that what happened to me was an error. I think it’s crucial for this psychologist to show growth, not consistently show blame or revenge or shaming or belittlement. I don’t think it is unreasonable to say I’m sorry.

Never before I ever felt so threatened and intimidated, particularly by the administration staff, who make false accusations and allegations about clients to suit their own agendas. And on top of that, some of the psychologists who work their act in an unethical and unprofessional manner, almost taking pleasure in intimidating clients. I think it is utter appalling that a psychology clinic conducts itself in this way, when people with serious mental health conditions and concerns are just trying to better themselves. This is the most unprofessional psychology clinic!

Have tried to call this clinic on multiple occasions to make an appointment, nobody ever answers the phone.

Absolutely the worst customer service over the phone by Anne-Marie who wouldn’t advise any information over the phone and kept asking me to check their website when I told her I already had looked through it.

Kept telling me that Medicare rebate isn’t offered when their website states that it is.

Incredibly lazy and unwilling to assist an oncoming client.

Looks like something off of Pinterest. Everyone’s so lovely and I love the overall vibe. Doesn’t feel clinical in the slightest but also doesn’t feel like the back room of someone’s house. Best clinic I’ve ever been to:)
