Mountfords Shoes Doncaster

Fantastic service from the store manager, Melissa. She went above and beyond to help me with a damaged shoe. Melissa did everything she said she would do and called me exactly when she said she would. I cannot speak highly enough of her.

Staff were helpful and friendly. But it was a mammoth effort to track down Ziera shoes to try on. I was told by Ziera customer service I had to phone shops as they don't have a find in store function on the website. After phoning 10 stores I found what I wanted and drove from Geelong to Doncaster just to try them on. I bought them and they're great. Don't you want to sell Ziera shoes? You make it so hard!

I went to shop at Westfield Doncaster on Friday night at 6.35 and the shop was closed there were plenty of shoppers around and I didn't notice any other shops closed. I would have thought if you have a store at a Westfield Shopping Mall you should be open at the times the centre is open. I wanted a pair of shoes for Saturday.

10 customers in store and one poor young women running like a women possessed to try and satisfy everyone.

Disappointing management regime to only have one staff member and expect every customer to feel valued: (

Good value - they were having a sale.plenty of bargains for good quality shoes, very helpful staff

The zip on my winter shoe had broken that I bought last winter, the manager was very helpful checked to see if they can replace the zip and when they couldn't, they replaced the shoes. The service was efficient and they understood my concern and helped were possible. Wouldn't get that in many places. Thanks again.
