Mountfords Shoes

Package arrived completely bashed with the wrong model of the shoes that I ordered and those are also defective. Will never order from Mountford Shoes again

We went into Mountfords today and were assisted by Karen. She was so helpful and really new her product. Nothing was too much trouble for her and I left with two pair of shoes and will be ordering a third soon. Thank you Kaz I really appreciate your help.

I can’t believe how helpful, friendly and efficient the service was when we went in to the larger Mountford’s store Tuesday, 24. May to look for some women’s boots in a large size which is always challenging. A sympathetic DJs salesperson had suggested I might try Mountfords as DJs had no boots in my size, nor did Myer. I returned to Sydney Wednesday and already yesterday, Thursday morning, my boots and sneakers all arrived perfectly boxed and wrapped, which had saved me having to pack them all up for the plane and to lug them home. My thanks to the delightful sales person who happily assisted both my sister and me so patiently and with good humour. As my son lives in Melbourne, close to the city, I will be back for sure next time I am visiting.

The lovely Karen assisted us today. My husband and his mate were both after shoes. She raced back and forth to get sizes, helped ascertain a correct fit. The store was busy and she seemed to be doing the job of four staff. She was so friendly, super helpful and knowledgeable and both men walked away with new shoes confident in their purchases. Thank you, Karen. From the four tennis fans (three wearing blue AO Shirts) you served on Monday morning.

I have problem feet & need orthotics & can never get shoes. By the off chance I went into the store & with the amazing service came out with 2 pairs of trendy, comfortable shoes. Thank you soo much.

We were served by Karen and she was fabulous! The shop was very busy and she was answering our questions, whilst serving 2 other people, then racing out to get more shoes for us to try on. And all with a smile:)

Terrible service, does not specify opening hours on website do not answer the phone can only assume they do not care about their customers.

Standard looking shoe shop, but a great variety of different branded shoes. Even better that there was a “get second pair for half price” offer. Staff were friendly and very helpful with sizing and stock.

Mountfords are a great online company offering free delivery and no fuss returns. Other companys should take note.
