Have been coming to this store for a few years, purchasing shoes for myself as well as my mum and dad. They have a great selection of comfy shoes, and the staff are always very helpful. The very lovely and friendly Wendy goes above and beyond in helping mum and dad select the correct pair of shoes, and makes the whole experience very pleasant. Thank you Wendy, you are the best!

The WORST Employee is Karen, she will make you purchase shoes you don’t want! She is THE WORST SALES Person, she is totally sales driven and has no respect for the customer, as long as she gets a sale She will convince you to buy shoes your not happy with! -beware peeps-she is the ‘large’ sales assistant so you can’t miss her-however-avoid HER AT ALL COSTS

Came in about a month ago and wasn't planning to buy anything but found a bargain! It seems I was visiting during a sale period and the floor was busy with multiple customers browsing, trialling shoes and making purchases. While I did have to wait a little, everyone I interacted with was patient and helpful. Sad that there are no Mountfords in my area but I will definitely consider returning! There was a great range of shoes on offer and I had a wonderful in-store experience:)

This shop has excellent customer service. In store they were really friendly and helpful. When I got home (Perth) I noticed I was missing a buckle. The Melbourne store went above and beyond and sent me a buckle in the mail. I can't recommend the store highly enough, as they really go all out to give great customer service.

Went to the Doncaster store and asked to see ladies boots in a large size (12US or 43EU). The assistant kept bringing out size 41 boots which is a size I havent worn since at secondary school which is more years ago than I want to think about.
I would have happily purchased if you had something that fit me but a size 41 is not going to fit size 43 feet. In the end I was told that larger sizes were in all other stores but not the Doncaster one. I gave up.

I really liked this store. I went online to find some geox shoes. I saw the online store. Bring on Melbourne I went down to one of the stores. They didn't have my size but they were so helpful. They shipped the shoes for me directly to my place. Also went to another store and the staff were amazingly helpful there too.
