Fantastic butchers, always friendly and helpful.
Everything is fresh that day or frozen at the end of the day to maintain absolute freshness.
If you have issues with amines, this is really important. For everyone else it is really convenient knowing that you will never throw out meat from spoiling.
Low/no chemical usage in processing meat.
I found this butcher 12 years ago because I was looking at food creating behavioral issues in children. I have moved away from that suburb now, but still make the trip for great quality meat.

Fantastic tasting healthy organic meats, raised ethically. You can taste the difference. Also love it that Rick and Tim are great guys, always ready to help you find that perfect cut for a good thick cut steak, a nice juicy brisket to smoke, fantastic snags for a BBQ or a rib eye rack on the bone to impress guests. Simply just can't go wrong with their meats, unless you like your meat well done (aka "waste of a good steak", as steakhouses call it)!

Customer service is what makes or breaks it for me, more than price or convenience. These guys are super friendly, go out of their way to be helpful; their meat is ethical and 'clean' - free range/pasture raised, nitrate free. Will definitely be going back (and bypassing my local butcher who is a grump.) Thanks, Rick and Tim ️

The service is fabulous and the chicken and sausages I purchased was very fresh. Will go back and try more of their meat.
