Mountain Gate Primary School

If I'm being honest the canteen lady Jenny is awesome. As for the staff they do their job to a satisfactory extent. I went here for 2 years and it wasn't a fantastic experience. Teachers such as "Mrs. Savage" were extremely unwelcoming and disrespectful to new students and was commonly unliked by all students. The art teacher was extremely loud and was generally an unpleasant art teacher. Generally, would not recommend.

Had such a bad experience with this school. One of my kids was diagnosed with ADHD, my Dad had just passed away and possible DV was happening at other parents house and they were not interested in helping or suppporting my kids at all, in fact the vice principal said "we dont need to play the blame game when it comes to this behaviour". Since I took my kids out of the school, I regret not taking it furthur to the department. The treatment of my kids, including being physically drag to the office was just disgusting behaviour from people who are supposed to set an example for their school.

Absolutely fantastic school! I am now year 8 already missing it. The teachers/admins/aids are all amazing! The facilities are all clean and all around great learning space. I highly recommend this school!

Excellent school, great teachers and an overall community feeling in the school. I recommend this school to everyone. My children excelled academically and made lots of friends in the school. They moved into this school in Grade 5 and Grade 3 respectively, and were accepted and welcomed with open arms by everyone.

Great teachers and staff, clean facilities and well-maintained. Very, very happy with this school. Highly recommended.

Hi I have only high praise for Mountain Gate Primary School, it’s teachers, the pinciple, the office staff and anyone else I forgot to mention. Very happy camper as is my child attending the school.

Just went to the principle with a concern, she didnt believe it and her body language said it all, didnt believe a word i said, i walked out so mad.she wanted to know more but why would i tell her anything when she wont even believe it.
My concern a teacher had put my child down with his words, even heard by other children, later he tried to explain to the kids what he meant. Not professional at all.
Appalling Principal.
She has had Sooo many complaints because the way she talks to people.
Needs to do a course to learn how to be professional.

The teacher are super friendly, the classrooms and clean and it’s a great and welcoming school to all
