I went to MPPS my whole life and I will not lie it was a decent experience, I liked going because of the nice teachers and my friends but, this school barley taught me anything. By the time I was in year 5 my teacher back then had given me and my class year 2 level work, and by year 6 I was learning the same things over and over and over again.

When we did learn something important we only learned it for like a week then chucked aside. I am now in high school and I haven' learnt all the things I should've.

A lot of the time my teachers will say "You all should have learnt this in primary school, put your hand up if you have", everyone puts there hand up expect for me, because my old teachers never taught me anything new, only old stuff I had learnt in the past.

The only decent thing about MPPS was the friendly teachers, nice school grounds, and the teachers who got me into reading.

MPPS in my opinion is a not a great school, but I will always cherish the moments I spent there.

Dedicated, warm, nurturing and experienced staff who take pride in their school community and themselves.
All students are exceptionally well catered for, be it curriculum enrichment or support.
Plenty of groups and clubs are offered to students wanting further enrichment or who may need support.
I particularly love their inclusive practices and the classrooms are generously sized with adequate heating and air conditioning, many with ajoining rooms.
So much space!
Plenty of qualified caring support staff on hand too.
Gorgeous heritage listed buildings which are well cared for, and beautiful grounds with multiple designated play areas along with a sensory garden that all children are welcome to enter, whenever they please to tend to the plants with a watering can, or graze on fresh produce ie, strawberries, snow peas, tomatoes cucumbers, carrots etc.

The secure fully fenced and colourful schoolgrounds are well maintained, and the mature trees and rose bushes are stunning.

The school has a choir, and children are encouraged to learn to play an instrument and or participate in the schools diverse rich sporting, arts and performing arts culture.
There's something for every child at this nurturing school.
This school is an ITC school, and offers fresh and exciting opportunities to explore new technologies too.

Staff truly make an effort to ensure each student feels safe, valued and included at this school.

This school is connected to various local community groups who assist with maintaining the buildings and nearby reserves. The local community looks forward to and participates in the schools festivals and celebrations.
E.g, Carols, entertainment, jumping castle, kids activities, food and coffee trucks, even Santa makes an appearance at the local reserve.

This school has an excellent reputation for offering the best camps and excursions.
E.g, warnambool Beach, Canberra, Snow trips, Halls Gap etc.

The school offers before and after school care on-site too.

This schools location is great also, it sits smack in the middle of Ballarats finest destinations, on one side they have a gorgeous little reserve which neighbours Sovereign Hill, on the other, a historical observatory with multiple parks with modern play and exercise equipment close by also.

Well done MPPS students, staff and the local community.
