Mount Pleasant

It seems to be a bushfire zone, and may have number of public social housing there. Not quite sure if that would be some impact from investment point of view.

Great place to live in. It’s been over a year here in Mt. Pleasant and loving it.

Very near to All the things you need from Bunnings down to furnitures and gyms

The estate looks promising. The moment we walked into the sales office the lady sales agent told us to wear our mask eventhough she was not wearing one and it’s not mandatory anymore unless when in a public transport and shopping centres.

Should never have been allowed to develop on prime agricultural farming land!

I have a house in this estate and the estate is still being worked on. It looks great but ONE BIG FLAW is you cannot get mail in this estate from couriers. They have no idea where the houses are and are claiming it is on a private road.

We would like to receive mail and were never told there would be any issues: (
We have had a few problems with the estate in terms of when the land was supposed to title but that saga is over now on to the next!

The estate is coming along nicely.

Please fix this mail situation.
