I had been very frustrated for ages as my doctor kept telling me it was depression. I knew otherwise. We know our own bodies. I was not feeling healthy at all. One appointment with dr Amelia. A blood test etc. And I was fixed. So grateful and pleased. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

I’ve been here a few times with my son and each time it’s been a pleasant experience. Tonight I went with my 17yo son who was quite ill.the dr was great, very caring and actually took time to talk with my son. I went to pay and they bulk billed my son - which I was not expecting.as I was leaving I asked the gentleman (admin guy) if Belgrave chemist would still be open? He said yes. I went to walk away and he asked me
For the script and he proceeded to fax it to the chemist and he then rang them to tell them I was on my way. That was probably the most thoughtful gesture I have come across in the drs surgery - ever! Well done guys!

Have been going here for years for everything from mental health, women's health, minor and major health issues. The team is absolutely fabulous, the receptionist and administration is friendly, welcoming and efficient. All of the doctors I've seen I would recommend, Dr. Bandula, Dr. Fola and Dr. Ko as I find they are very kind and hospitable and explain things really well. The nurses are professional as well as very friendly and I've had the best experiences with blood tests/minor procedures. Phone appointments are just as comprehensive as in-person. I've been seeing the psychologists here for years and they truly provide quality mental health support. Thanks Mt. Medical:)

These people really have to step up their email response game. They only respond to emails when you actually call them and ask them why they haven’t responded to whatever email you sent them. There was so much confusion and communication breakdown due to ZERO response to application forms I filled out online, payment subsidies previously agreed to, and whether my appointment was meant to be face to face or online. They’ve really gone downhill since Dr. Jaffa left, she was excellent and responded to every communication, now it feels like I’m dealing with something similar to Centrelink. Maybe it would be a good idea that every morning the receptionist takes the time to actually READ THE EMAILS? Just an idea.

Dr. Jaffa is such a wonderful lady, always does everything she can and is extremely personable. Has the added bonus of being LGBT friendly. Would go yo her for anything without hesitation, rapport is great. Dr. Bandula is also an very competent and trustworthy doctor. You might find that the appointments run a bit late here, but I take that as kinda a good sign - it means they're putting in effort to their patients and not rushing them out the door.

I was very happy with my appointment - the doctor retrieved me after a short wait, and due to the brevity of our meeting (about 5 minutes), did not charge. I am surprised by the gesture as most other practices will always charge clients no matter how long they are there. I appreciate their willingness to help first and foremost.
And they bulk bill for children - I am happy to return again and again to this GP.

I have been attending the clinic since it opened for a range of medical issues. Bandula and her team have been excellent in their consistent care of me. I have been referred to specialists when needed, I have been given advice and follow ups. Even when I moved from the Hills I have continued to attend the clinic and the team have dealt with my local pharmacy and hospital when I have needed their assistance. I would recommend Mount Medical Clinic to anyone needing personalised care. Thank you.

Dr Bandula is the most understanding, personable doctor I’ve ever seen. I cannot rate her highly enough. A very friendly practise with pathology attached.

Absolutely fantastic doctors, nurses, allied Health and reception Staff.compassionate and make you feel comfortable.

With a young baby and another on the way we visit Mount Medical often. Always extremely professional, thorough and caring. Could not be more impressed. Very happy to have found such a wonderful GP clinic.

This practice is a joke I have had to back surgery’s very close together my surgeon has set letters on what I need as I have had complications and have extreme pain go in and the say no. We can’t give pain killers but the surgeon has written to do so don’t go to this joke off a place they are rude and not so bright

I have never met more caring or professional people. I am a registered nurse and my partner works with one of the states three top health science departments. We have three children and feel privileged to be able to call on the team at Mt Medical and completely confident in their ability. I highly recommend this clinic.

Been more occasion gone there during business hours, to find them closed. Went there at 8.10pm last night to collect a prescription, told to come in by 9only an hour earlier, hours are till 9, no one there at 8.10.have been booked in on a public holiday, asked multiple times you will be open, told yes. Arrive, closed. Have to ask uptoo a dozen times for specific anwsers as they try to dodge, give u bare minimum and move you along. Would not personally recommend.

Had some very serious health concerns, have been treated with each of my conditions in mind. Dr Bandula is proactive and professional. She like her clients to feel comfortable and each time i attend, i know she has been reappraising herself of the latest in my health record. A very clean warm and high quality practice.

Female Dr (Indian background but I forget her name) at this clinic failed to suggest a blood test when I came in for reoccurring thrush. She wasn't at all interested in the fact that it was reoccurring. Spent months being told to treat regularly with anti fungal cream before a different Dr immediately diagnosed me as almost anemic. Stopped getting thrush once I started iron supplements but the damage was already done and I now have vestibular vaginitis i.e. On-going, possibly permanent pain due to nerve damage (or an allergic reaction to the prolonged use of the cream) in the area. Which she completely failed to diagnose or even suggest further tests for, claiming that I must have herpes (despite my limited sexual history and LTR) even after the test for that came back negative.

This clinic is useless for anything other than a bulk billed Dr's cert.

The specialists might be okay. The osteo I saw was very helpful and professional.

Avoid like the plague itself. Called up earlier in the day and asked a lad if it was bulk billed. He said yes. Got there, asked the lady behind the counter if it was and she said "yes, and your appointment is at xxxx". Walk in, walk out 2 mins later. Got charged $60, and their only retort is "oh but Medicare will give you 37 dollars back".

Great doctors who care and listen to you. They are making themselves available. Really good with a baby!

Wasn't great. Appointment cancelled by clinic as doctor was sick. We were waitng on test results so this was not ideal. Long wait for doctor at another appointment.and we subsequently learnt that the wrong antibiotic was prescribed and now we are back (at a different doctor) again. Just seems like corners are cut to save costs and the whole experience is very disjointed. Hope you can improve.
