I called out Mould Pro to assist with a bad Mould odour that we couldn’t detect where it was coming from. Mould Pro did some extensive investigation using moisture meters which detected very high levels of moisture in the bedroom wall backing on to the shower. Mould Pro found visible Mould under the carpet and in the wall cavity behind the shower. Simon and his team isolated the Mould contaminated area by setting up a containment zone so they could prevent any cross contamination. The guys did a great job treating my Mould problem and would recommend Mould Pro to anyone with water damage or any Mould issues.

Me and my extended family have used Mould Pro many times over the last 7 years on many properties. The latest one was our unit block that our family own where one of our tenants notified us of a flood in their unit due to a bust Flexi house. As a result not only was that unit affected but so was another 4 in the building. As we had used mould pro before on other water damage and mould removal jobs we didn’t hesitate in calling Simon to assist with our flooded building.

Simon and his team attended to assess how far the water had travelled throughout the building using moisture meters and thermal imaging. They then commenced the water extraction to the areas that required it followed by setting up their drying equipment to dry the building as quickly as possible. The guys at mould pro were very professional and knew exactly what and where to look for water or moisture that could have been missed.

All I can say is I will only ever use Mould Pro for any water damage and mould issues because they simply are the best in this field.

I could not recommend Mould Pro highly enough as the fixed the mould in my daughters room that had occurred through a water leak from the shower that backs onto her room.

Simon from Mould Pro is also a qualified builder and was able to do the full strip out and rebuild of our bathroom back to normal after completing the mould removal from within the wall cavity.

Mould Pro relaid the carpet that was pulled up and steam cleaned the carpet with an anti-microbial chemical after replacing the underlay to ensure everything was treated properly.
