I live an hour and a half down the road.
Called on a Wednesday, once i had received an email saying they had my part, as a courtesy to make sure it gets posted - "we'll send it out today" they said.
Called the following Wednesday to be told it's still sitting in the store and they'll post it tomorrow. Not the best customer service.
