I am not happy at all with this store as I had to return some items I purchased from this site and when I actually drove to the shop in thomastown to get a refund they told me items on sale can not be refunded back to you only a credit will be given back to you to by again. And I also purchased items that we're not on sale and they've said they will refund my money back as it's been 2 weeks since I visited the store for my refund the email I received from them saying it has been refunded back to me or my PayPal account as I don't have a PayPal account and I paid with my master card and I also replied back to there email telling them that but the email address cannot received a reply very funny about this. But in the end I will take legal action over this and I hope that no other customer has to go through this as I have to.

Great products and friendly staff and even better customer service always look here to shop 1st.

I have purchased from here before and customer service remains excellent.
I received my x2 Glen Seton Replica Helmets today.
Shipping has been slow due to high demand so I fully understand the delay in delivery times is no fault of the distributor.
Well worth the wait though as these helmets are fantastic in detail.

Odered and paid for 2 x GC600 shirts before the race, and they told me they would send as soon as truck comes back on tuesday, and as of friday 26th Oct i still havent seen them, tried to call and sent emails and no replies, so im not buying from these people anymore, shop shut on thursday and friday, 25 and 26th Oct

Little bit disappointed with the first item I chose for my partners birthday present - but the staff were so helpful and assisted with the return of the old item and posted out the replacement so quickly.

Great store for the motorsport enthusiast in your family! Have bought numerous items on many occasions now, and have always been happy with the purchase. Great variety of products.
My only problem, is that they don't have a walk in store set up anymore and everthing is bought online, or if you see them at one of the major events (which explains why, close to these events, they are unable to supply you with a certain product because they are packed up on their way to the event).

The week of the biggest motor race in Australia.went in to load up on merchandise before heading to Bathurst and was told "We're not set up for selling today. "

He only had it for 2 days washed it and all the colors started to run.
