If u get Jeewan Bakhtawar named as your assessment instructor, spend $15 amend your date or time or take elsewhere. He has his way of messing your head before u even started the test, his tone, his words, his demeanor towards u or when unexpected things came up. The yelling at co-worker especially ruined my little exciting day. But anyway, I failed for a valid reason which I dont mind, silly mistakes u normally wont make unless u’re abit messed up in your head.

Stay Upright have Werribee branch which instructors were pretty good, I’ll still come back and do my test with them cuz I know they have other good people. Just a different branch.

Another staff named Tom was nice, he wasnt involved much but he was chill, kinda helped me feel slightly better with the test. If u see this Tom, thanks heaps for today!

Came in a bit worried after reading some negative reviews, but my experience converting my overseas license through Stay Upright was great! It couldn’t have gone any better. Did my MLA here and my 2 day course in the Ballarat location.

The instructors are fair and reasonable, you can tell that they’re on YOUR side, and they want more people riding bikes, instead of them just being a testing officer. You don’t have to be an expert rider doing slow speed slalom and tight u-turns, you just have a be a safe rider to pass the courses and license test.

It got me thinking that the ones who did have problems with the courses must be those who can REALLY be a danger to themselves and others? So in a way it’s good that they’re held back and was asked to practice more?

This is a great facility for motorcycle training with a great range, equipments and highly skilled/experienced knowledgeable instructors. As a returning rider after many years of absence, I had the opportunity to train with several instructors at this facility on private lessons. I found each and every instructor here to be very professional/skilled, highly experienced, organised, very motivated and knowledgeable. Russell (the manager) is a great bloke with a great sense of humour and an excellent, exceptional instructor. Stephen Gale is another great bloke and an exceptional instructor (he's the big bloke with a big bike and rides a 1400cc Monster!) James Pickard is another great bloke and an excellent instructor. And Roberto Tuzii is yet another great bloke and an excellent instructor. Many Thanks to all these great instructors for all their efforts.

Fantastic experience at Stay Upright Braeside. Went from 30 minutes of experience on private property to feeling confident enough to tackle the roads in 2 short days. Instructors D-Mac & James (?) were 1st class, fantastic attitude and teaching ability. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Stay Upright Braeside to anyone.

I would just like to appreciate and thanks Kristian for today’s head start course he was really easy going and very constructive on the way he taught us how to ride a motorcycle I will be happy to go for my learners permit in the next few weeks thanks to him.

I went for MLA to Stay-upright Braeside. I found it amazing experience. The staff are warm, friendly and professional. I have been to a different institute for learners, and they were terrible, charging double the money.

Racist instructors, no respect no manners
You don’t learn much from here, save yourself headache and book elsewhere specially if you carry overseas license!

Completed my MLA test from Stay upright. My trainer Jeewan Samuel was extremely professional and friendly in nature. I was bit nervous at first but Jeewan made me feel very relaxed and confident. He was very supportive and gave the relevant feedback too for improvements. Stay upright is highly recommended for all the motorcycle training and licensing arrangements

Mark was an absolute legend of a trainer. He was very thorough and taught us not only the skills but gave us a wealth of knowledge that every motorcyclist needs to know. My first ride after getting my learners was about 2 hours long, and I was using my new knowledge the whole way home. Thanks so much!

I did my entire motorcycle licensing through Stay Upright Braeside, from beginning to end they were friendly and professional. Jamie conducted my MLA and even though I was running late he stuck around and waited, explained everything clearly and we breezed through the course.

Really great school. Most of the instructors were extremely patient and really invested on making the experience safe and enjoyable. Special kudos to Margaret and Phill for being absolute rockstars.

Came to this location from a recommendation from a friend and could not be happier with my choice. Very worth the 50 min drive there and back for the 2 days. My instructor David was friendly and empathetic and really explained things if you were a little confused. He was hard on me where he had to be which I really appreciated. Whole class passed and we were all happy with the course. 10/10 would recommend
