Motorcycle Accessories Supermarket Keilor East & MCA Indian Motorcycle

Shout out to Trevor for the patience and the help, I have finally found the pants I was looking for!

I have visited this motor cycle dealer a few times since they opened in East Keillor, until recently I was working close by to this shop. I have only purchased some accessories from them, never purchased a bike from them. However if I do decide to purchase another bike i will certainly drop by this shop & see what they have to offer. I have found the staff most helpful & friendly. They have a huge range of bikes and accessories for sale. I find visiting all the MCAS stores a pleasant experience, with friendly knowledgeable & very approachable staff. I highly recommend anyone looking for motorcycles & motorcycle related accessories to give the MCAS stores a try & if near East Keillor i recommend dropping into MCAS for any motorcycle related items.

Mo, Steve and Josh have a superb understandings of all the requirements need for a beginner riders and are willing to answer any sorts of questions you throw at them.
MCAS superstore have an abundance of motorbikes all in which coming in different styles of bike, and they are in superb conditions.

Just went in there to look for my future bike. Even if the stock is less but the sales people completed the remaining and helped me a lot!

They also acknowledge my budget and adjusted their prices for me.

I bought Benelli BN 302 from this store & the motorcycle is returned to get the speedo fixed. Fingers crossed, once the problem is fixed in a reasonable price, the motorcycle will be registered after getting the road worthy certificate.

Got a Suzuki DRZ 400 in Jan 2022.
The bike had electrical issues from day one but they fooled me to replace the battery.

3 batteries in 11 months and my bike didn't start today.

Avoid these guys if you value your money and safety on the road.

Super helpful and approachable staff - they checked other MCAS stores to locate boots in my size which they didn't have in the Keilor store (surprisingly, as their range is humungous). Recommend.

If you want to purchase and Indian motorcycle go to Indian in Ballarat, MCA Keilor has no clue, no full PD done on bike, don’t know the specs of the bike and constant lies from all departments. Six months to get over paid deposit back. Had to go higher than dealer to get it paid back. Dealings with this dealer was a horror show.

MCAS Keilor share holders, do something about your staff or management style. Otherwise you won't be far from facing the negative effects on the business. Man named Trevor? Don't deserve involving in sales or behind the counter. He will damage your business. Rather give him chair some where in the back corner. He can be bad influence on rest of the staff. Actually he is bcos other man behind the counter (with grey beard) tried to tell me that Trev is a manager here while Trevor was criticising us in the front of other clients on his and his staff mistake. For us no more MCAS.we will take our business somewhere else.
I heard Nick is the head of store. I shall try to contact him after the weekend.
I and my son was insulted front of other clients so owe the apology.

Hopefully the management at Team moto follow this up.
Had dealings with David today he was not only quite aggressive but very unprofessional his sales ability is below average.
Up until today I wasn't going to mention that but after the shocking experience I had today I felt I needed to make the organisation aware.
Can't believe all this happened when I was ready to purchase a bike worth more than $20000
I have purchased bikes before through Team Moto and have never had this experience

Billy from MCAS in Keilor was a massive help for me finding my first road helmet! He was exceptional and knew his stuff. He was all over the safety features of what I needed to look out for, for my first helmet. I am confident I've found the right fit for me!

Went to get some part for a helmet. Massive warehouse, bright, clean, and well organised.
Love the displayed American motorcycles as well as the range of stocks they have.

Staff was friendly and we were able to get what we needed pretty quickly.
