It was a pleasure dealing with Richard.the sale and after care has been excellent.

We had an issue with the steering wheel controls and it was promptly addressed by Richard.

This is my second review for Motor Biz because i’m so happy with the way they dealt with me. I purchased an Audi from Rocco and everything went smoothly and I was treated very well. I had some issues with it around 3 months after buying it and even though the mandatory warranty was over, Rocco told me not to worry and that they would take care of it. Rocco, Mattia and Luke all got in contact with me, arranged for my car to get towed straight to them to take care of it. My car is absolutely perfect now and I would have been so upset if I had just bought this car and had to deal with these issues. I’m super super grateful for the customer service I received from the team, they genuinely want to make their customers happy. Would highly highly recommend Motor Biz to anyone looking for a new car!

Bought a 2016 BMW X1 from Luke - so far so good. Easy transaction, filled tank and fixed a door seal prior to picking it up. I purchased additional 3 year warranty and happy days. Keep you posted if any issues but dealing with Luke has been a pleasure.

I recently purchased an Audi from Rocco and the team at Motorbiz. Having seen the car online I was a little apprehensive about purchasing the car from interstate, but after a brief call with Rocco and a video guide around the car, any previous concerns evaporated immediately.

Rocco was a consumate professino throughout the transaction and upon flying out to Melbourne and meeting Rocco at the showroom, I was presented with an immaculate Audi as advertised.

Rocco was as delightful in person as he was on the phone. He took the time to go through the car diligently and made sure I was 100% happy before I left the showroom.

I would without hesitation purchase a car from Motobiz in the future.
