An awesome service provided. Really helpful staff from start to finish. I had a car for just over a year. It was a good quality vehicle, clean and tidy at a competitive price. The 'all in' month to month lease cost was good vfm & perfect for my needs. Was sorry to see the car go when I swapped to a company vehicle. Would definitely return if I needed to lease/rent a car again. Highly recommend

Can't rate Abdel at Motopool highly enough.

We had just moved back to Melbourne from London and found it impossible to finance a car (new or used) as we were self-employed. The team at Motopool had us in a car within 24 hours of connecting with them and the entire process was so efficient start to finish.

There was no large deposits, no insurance or government charges to take care of, just pick up the keys and go. Only thing you need to do is sort out your Linkt account and tag.

Abdel was able to answer all my questions on that first phone call (at 10 am) and then offered to come in that afternoon where I was driving out with a delivery mileage Hyundai Tuscon at 3 pm.

The entire process was so efficient and hassle free from the beginning to the end and I cannot recommend using these guys enough if you need a vehicle quickly.

Needed a car for a few months, phoned and got it sorted same day, good choice of cars and reasonable pricing. Car is immaculate.

Fantastic subscription service that gives you all the flexibility and assurance! There’s nothing to worry about when using Motopool, everything is super clear and fees are transparent. You can actually switch to different plans every week to suit your actual driving needs, did not matter if you upgrade or downgrade, which is really nice.
The car we had for 5 months was super new and worked absolutely perfect, Thankyou Motopool for keeping us safe and smooth throughout our journey in Aus! Will definitely use your service again when we come back!

Can't recommend this place enough! Special thanks to Abdul who has looked after me with the utmost patience and great humour. I was a bit nervous about long term car hire but he put my mind at ease by answering my questions, all while being super friendly.
Picked up a brand new MG, not used before, which is fantastic for the price. Whole process was super easy and quick to get on the road. Really happy with the car and would 100% use them again in the future.

I cannot recommend these guys enough! From the first phone call to the the last meeting handing our car back they have been absolutely spectacular. We had a car for 3 months from them on the premium plan and the sign up and rental was so smooth and hassle free which is exactly what we needed! When a bird smashed our windscreen they replaced the car instantly and it was again, hassle free. I recommend paying the extra to reduce your insurance excess as the new windscreen was quoted at $1875! New cars hey! The cars they supplied us were literally brand new (one had 23km on the clock!). Great cars. Great price and excellent customer service. Thank you very much!
