I rented a property through Motion Property, with Alberto as my REA. He was a great REA, with good communication and had compassion. I highly recommend Motion Property, and in particular Alberto - I had a really positive experience with them for nearly 2 years.

The process from the inspection to the handover of the key was very smooth. Teresa was a very good property manager. She was a very good communicator and responsive to our each and every queries. I would highly recommend Motion Property in journey of finding a new home.

Throughout my tenancy with Motion Property, I was always impressed by their high quality customer service and quick responses to enquires I raised. Zelda has been a responsible and responsive property manager and I highly recommend her to anyone in need of real estate services.

Had a bad experience with Claudio in particular, after speaking with him on the phone for only a few minutes he called me pedantic and weird and said I was asking stupid questions then hung up on me. I really just called to ask him when I could get the keys to my new apartment. Followed it up with a call to the office and they didn’t have anything to say. Property managers don’t have the best reputation but this was a new low. Avoid doing any business with motion property.

Motion are highly professional and attentive. I moved over from another agent and haven't looked back, we have both our investment properties with them and would highly recommend

Mary Mezei, was my absolute saviour and best property manager I have had the pleasure to rent for with. After many terrible issues with poor property managers in Canberra- I was incredibly grateful for the assistance, support and kindness Mary treated me with. After an incredibly challenging furtniture arrival- I could not have been more appreciative of how much Mary made this experience productive, pleasant and most of all without Mary, I would have been in a great deal of difficulty and stress.
