Mother Nurture Aromatherapy & Massage

My first pregnancy massage was incredible! Sonya is sooo knowledgeable with a pregnant woman's body, makes you feel at ease and leaves you feeling much less achy. I immediately booked again and cant wait for my next session!

Had a 75 min massage at 26weeks. It was so relaxing, calming and helped my tight muscle's. The use of aromatherapy was so soothing.

There needs to be an option for a higher-than-five-star rating for Sonya! I started seeing Sonya after I had my baby as my body was a total wreck from holding him every second of the day, and she was such an amazing help both physically and mentally. I’ll say it, I cried before my treatment several times and Sonya was always so understanding and compassionate — I never felt awkward or embarrassed because it felt like she was on my side. I’ve continued to see her almost two years on because out of the hundreds of massages I’ve had over the years hers are undoubtedly the best. I can’t, and won’t, stop recommending her to every mother I know!

I first saw Sonya while I was pregnant and I found her massages and aroma therapy to compliment these so great for helping me to relax, breath and sleep better. She also had a great technique for relieving my hip and glute tightness. I have had other pregnancy massages and I didn’t always feel like these were tailored to my needs or that my belly was supported properly at all times. This was never a worry with Sonya. I have also continued to see her post natally too. I find the ability to book online amazing for trying to plan things around breastfeeds etc. If you’re in doubt do it! You won’t regret it!

My massage with Sonya was beyond incredible! The best massage I have had in years. The combination or Sonya's technique, the aromatherapy massage oil and the ambient music transported my mind and body to a deep state of relaxation. I can't wait for my next treatment:)

My experience with Sonya was lovely. I received a gift voucher from friends to use during my pregnancy but due to Covid was only able to come once I had a five month old. Made the mistake of bringing him with me the first time and Sonya was so kind and understanding when it all inevitably fell apart! Ended up with a massage and aromatherapy session the following week and it was fantastic! Very relaxing and really helped with some problem areas I have. Now I just have to carve out more time without baby to go back! Have recommended to friends and will be utilising vouchers for birthdays of pregnant friends. Thanks Sonya!

I went to see Sonya at 39 weeks pregnant to prepare for my labour and birth and it was such a wonderful experience. Sonya has such a calming presence and is very knowledgeable. At the first session she spends time getting to know you so that she can tailor the treatment to your needs. She even sends you home with the leftover the essential oils from your treatment which I used during labour to help calm me. Would 100% recommend to any expecting mother.
