Looks like a really nice, well kept picnic area, play ground, bbq and toilets. Perfect for a stop along a trip.

I came here for bird photography and was not disappointed. Spotted the following. Golden Whistler, Black Cockatoo, Welcome Swallow, Eastern Yellow Robin, Grey Fantail, Crimson Rosella, Wood Duck, Brown Thornbill.

Love this park in all weather conditions, especially the trees. During winter large ponds get created. Plenty of frogs. Large open areas, bbqs, fireplace undercover with seating. There is also a creek that runs around the perimeter of the park too.

The market that used to be here was amazing.

Magnificent old trees and very relaxing atmosphere, great lawns where you can let the kids run free just watch them with the creek / river.

Beautiful setting, especially in autumn. Equipped with BBQ facilities, restrooms and even a fire place (under cover). Also has a playground for the kids but mine are usually busy with exploring.
