This is the best health food store in Australia. They pick up the best tasting and best quality groceries around. Online ordering and delivery is incredibly fast and efficient.

This would have been the best customer service i have ever received. I bought organic blueberry juice which arrived from Melbourne to Brisbane in two days. The person who helped me with my supplement questions was nice enough to me at first, but disgraceful to another customer behind her back. Saying things like “seriously, yeah sure, no worries at all, you’re welcome” in a sarcastic tone. It seemed she was getting frustrated with my questions too, as when she offered to help me, I soon regretted it because she was quite rude and not forthcoming with information. It was like everything I asked was a massive effort/inconvenience for her to answer. They walked away and said “today has been just one of those days” to a colleague. I went up to pay, changed my mind about the flavour, a different woman at the counter huffed at me and walked away. It seemed very passive aggressive. I was being overly kind and thanked them for their service, knew she must have had a hard day… but c’mon, you’re in customer service! I won’t be coming back. It was so uncomfortable and awkward for me.

Cannot thank the team at Moses and Co for their above and beyond customer service in helping me fill a last minute (and in the holiday season!) order that another supplier could not fill. Great service and great products. Thankyou!

I have been a customer for many years at this health food store. It is my go-to for the best natural food products, health care and natural medicines I need. Their advice and customer service is exceptionally professional and friendly. If they don’t stock an item that I need, then they get it in for me promptly and I am notified by text or email. Love your work everyone!

I've always been a fan of Moses, but shopping here less and less. They simply won't put the prices on most of their products. Because they are priced at a premium I need to know how much something costs and it's annoying to have to go to the till to ask how much each item is. SOME are priced, but mostly not. They'll say things like 'it just arrived and we haven't had time to add the prices' or 'feel free to ask' or 'or this is an exception. ' It's not. Hope this will encourage them to put prices on their items.

We went in to buy a few tubs of Açai purée from Brazil on a beautiful Sunday, a few weeks ago. We love the beautiful health products available here and of course, we love all the sales people who ran the shop that day, especially that middle age, shoulder length hair lady who helped us with the check out for our two Açai tubs, over the counter.

However, WE as spiritual workers who are ultra sensitive and can pick up energy quickly. WE could feel so much fear of catching covid in her eyes. WE try to make eye contact with her to exchange that genuine, heartfelt kindness with her but she was too afraid to even look at us, reaching out with one hand with the EFPOS machine and head turning sideway.

WE like to say that WE love her like our aunt, and wish her Good Health, Peace, Love deep down on her soul so that Fear in her mind could dissipate. No health products can help if our minds and hearts are blocked and plagued with FEAR (from Media). WE suggest that she could mediate with crystals like Black Tourmaline, Rose Quartz, Labradorite and turn off the TV.

WE Love you all and WE wish you all more consciousness. Choose Love (over Fear).

Hi, some feed back from one of your oldest customers

This morning (Easter Saturday) in your Market shop as I took an item to the desk for payment one of the staff emerged from the back room still chewing a mouthful of food, licking the remains from her fingers.

I declined to be served by her advising her that she was clearly in breach of local Council health by laws that require staff post toilet or food breaks to wash their hands. I suggested that in this time of Covid we all need to take extra care.

A light reminder to be met with fulsome sarcasm advising me that Melbourne did NOT have COVID cases. I did not respond by pointing out that we had some 330 deaths in Melbourne no more than 9 months ago.

The staff member clearly needs a refresher in service management and in the local health by laws.

I could have made a formal complaint to Council which would have meant a mandatory inspection by council officers of your shop and a review of your health and your safety training.
