Outstandingly good on so many levels!

I presented to Paul with a challenging situation - older, single income and no 'exit strategy' other than the value of our property. The Banking Royal Commission had resulted in changes that had many lenders gun shy and reluctant to deviate from the 'norm'.
After getting an understanding of our goals, and believing in our suitability, Paul persevered until he was able to find us a suitable lender. Because of our circumstances the process has been arduous but with Paul and his wonderful staff member Caron, I was supported, encouraged and never left to fend for myself. Their efficiency in managing the requirements of the process was excellent as were sensitivity, regular communications and problem solving.
Settlement has occurred and I would not have been able to achieve what's been a life changing goal for our family without the professionalism and support provided by Paul and Caron.
It feels seriously underdone to say I highly recommend Paul but its the simple truth.

Unresponsive to emails, does not return calls. The man we saw made plenty of promises and assurances but no follow through. Complete waste of time and in a competitive market time counts.

As a First Home buyer, the process of buying a house is already terrifying. Not to mention the added “bonus” stress given from the Covid 19 Pandemic and border closures, etc.
Initially, I was lead to believe that my only hope of getting a loan was through the bank I have been with for 10 years.
I went through with this bank; 3 weeks had passed and my conditional approval was pushed back not once, not twice, but 3 times.
Once the 3rd week came around, the property manager emailed me giving me one week to finalise EVERYTHING.
I had nothing. I was devastated and adamant that I would lose this house. I had forwarded the email to my bank representative, essentially begging for help, I didn't get a response. The pressure was on and the grey hair and hair loss began.
That’s when I contacted Paul. I conveyed the predicament I was in and he had such a positive outlook on such a nerve racking situation.
We had our meeting on a Tuesday afternoon. Wednesday morning, I had Conditional Approval.
One week later, I have the Unconditional Approval… Needless to say, I cried…
(And side note, I still haven’t heard from the bank… today marks a month since my first Home Loan meeting with them).
The house is sold, and thanks to the people who helped along the way, it is sold to me! And, I still have a full head of brown hair!
