Could not recommend Fab highly enough. He was always so approachable, accommodating and helpful. The finance side of the purchase was stress free and the weekly updates from Tamara were always appreciated. We didn’t use a broker for the purchase of our first home, but we are SO glad we did this time around as it was just a breeze.

Excellent experience. Found a suitable loan quickly, was otherwise difficult as I am working on 6 month contracts which most institutions won't even consider. Theo talked me through the whole process and answered any questions I had at each stage. Have now finally moved out and settled into first apartment in Melbourne.
