We reached out to Mortgage Choice Elsternwick for support in finding the best deal for a new home loan following a recommendation from some friends. We were supported by Judith and it’s fair to say we wouldn’t have landed in the great spot we did without all of her support. Judith initially worked through our options to find the best lenders for rates and other facilities we required from our mortgage provider. Once we found a fit Judith continually monitored the landscape for us and landed on the best provider available at the time we settled. Give the property market at the time this was more than 12 months after our original pre approval but Judith was always on hand to support us through this really important process. Judith also went above and beyond and supporting on the day of settlement to ensure funds were available despite some last minute delays on the other side on the day of settlement! We greatly appreciated Judith’s support in helping make this potentially very stressful experience as smooth as possible for us!
