As a first home buyer I found the whole process overwhelming initially but Rhys managed to guide me through the entire process from start to finish with confidence and transparency. Thanks to the team of Shaun, David, Rhys and Josh for helping us through the process of our construction loan. From their expertise in accessing the right loan, through to managing the staged payment process to the builder they were always on top of things and ensuring that we were kept up to speed with what was happening and they communicated with the bank regularly to ensure there were no issues on the banks end.
