Very grateful for the lengths Dat the pharmacist went to to secure medication on the afternoon of Christmas Eve. He contacted other pharmacies, then hospitals, before finding what was needed and arranging for it to be sent to Mornington; arriving with an hour to spare. So impressed by his commitment; it won’t be forgotten in a hurry.

Worst customer service in a pharmacy in Mornington. Argumentative staff. Don't know what they are talking about.

Visiting from New Zealand, I was served by super professional and helpful Emily at the Estee Lauder section. At short notice, she offered to do my makeup for my son's wedding and did an incredible job. I can't thank her enough.

NEEDS MANDATORY RACIAL INCLUSION TRAINING

I attended Mornington pharmasave this morning to receive my flu vaccine. After my shot, I was happy to see that there was a cafe I could purchase a coffee from within the pharmacy. The barista was friendly and I ordered my takeaway coffee and relaxed while I waited for it to be made.

The two white women working at the cafe started chatting and one started sharing a story about their experience in a taxi recently. She spoke about how she was in a taxi and her driver was upset at her for paying in 5 cent pieces. I thought, I guess I would be a bit upset if I had been paid in such small change, however she certainly wouldn’t deserve any aggression - maybe she was stuck out and the change is all she had with her? That wouldn’t be fair. She then went on to say she decided to report him after the incident.

I was horrified by her next comment. “I mean, you’re in this country, you take what I give you”.
This sort of casual racism is completely unacceptable. His race has nothing to do with the fact he was upset that you decided to give him a taxi drives worth (surely at least $30) of silver coins. Your assumption that his race defines whether or not he’s part of our country - an Australian citizen - also reeks of racism. She said that comment confidently and unapologetically and frankly, I won’t be returning to the store after that experience. Pharmasave, you need to implement mandatory inclusion training at your store asap. These attitudes will not be tolerated.

Went in for my booster shot this morning, the pharmacy was extremely busy but I was served promptly and professionally. Pharmacist who administered my booster was polite and professional and did a great job of informing me of the risks etc. I then had to wait 15 minutes post - vaccine so decided to have a coffee. To my delight the coffee was great BUT the staff at the Cafe were exceptional. People came in, most elderly and many on their own, the two beautiful ladies bantered with them, knew them by name, asked about their Christmas and families, it was one of the most positive experiences I have had over the past two years. I am sure their service is equal or even more beneficial than most of the medications in the pharmacy! We could all use a bit more of the Cafe ladies remedies and I thank them for the experience and feel fortunate they are in our community.

Great range of high end cosmetics and fragrances.
I was lucky enough to get Belinda twice, so lovely and patient, I didn’t feel pushed into getting something fancier or pricer which I find quite common when buying colognes and perfumes. Every store needs a sales assistant like her.

Shame on you for discriminating against me and telling me to leave your store for not wearing a mask due to my condition. I will never be back. State guidelines clearly state that you can't refuse access for someone with an exemption. Educate yourselves.

Large pharmacy within the Mornington Village Shopping Centre. Large, bright and well laid out with lots of space between aisles to move around. There is a medical Centre adjacent and the pharmacy, unusually, has a Cafe in the middle of it! Largish display of cosmetics and perfumes with attendants to demonstrate, similar to David Jones or Myers. Good range of products but it seemed that a lot were a bit pricier than Chemist Warehouse. Totally different environment though, much more relaxed and attractive, more like a department store than a Chemist.

I took my son to collect a prescription yesterday. I’ve been here a few times browsing through the cosmetics, but never for a script. Its huge! Even though it was just a cream for exma the pharmacist explained a lot about the skin and soaps and creams. He gave me a sample to try with the script and not only spoke to me but to my son. I really liked that enagement. We got to talking about natural medicince, which I like the idea of and he was surprisingly knowledgeable and helpful and gave me some things to think about.
My experience has been good and I’ll come back. Probably for that moisturizer – I think it really helped.

I am extremely happy with the helpful service and advice that I receive every time I come here. Eddie the pharmacist is always willing to discuss any concerns I may have with medications and gives suggestions to try which I truly appreciate!
Also Kylie was patient and caring when my mother in law needed guidance with orthodic footwear. They certainly have a great range!

IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH DO NOT COME TO THIS CHEMIST!
Due to covid i have been looking after my elderly mothers medications. So i have been using this chemist for a few months.every single visit there has been error with the scripts.mum is on a lott of medications and it can be quiet complex but that is no exvuse! If she takes the wrong medications that could send her into hospital! The black hair male pharmacist there who wears glasses gives me terrible attitude and makes it seem like it is an inconvivent for him to fix the mistakes which is probly dispensed by him anyway! I would never come back to this chemist every again.i am already stressed enough trying to look after my mother and I don't need to deal with chemist like that man. The shop girls are lovely but that doesnt forgive all these mistakes!

This place is so big they have a cafe inside! It would be impossible to list all of the product lines and services on offer, needless to say, they will have your beauty and pharmaceutical requirements covered. If you need that last minute gift, I am sure you will find it here. Great service and great coffee.

Regular customer here - normally I am served by pleasant friendly staff. On Friday (before grand finals) I was served by a rude utterly unprofessional pharmacist who calls himself "eddy spaghetti". He humiliated and rdiculed me in front of all the customers he wouldn't dispense my script and didnt explain why he couldnt. When I demanded an explanation he told me to come back in half hour cos public holiday and he is too busy for me. Appalling customer service didnt care my health and wellbeing at all
