Wonderful customer service and time staying at the Stunning Sorrento Bayviews townhouse. Kelly was very easy to communicate he with and helpful. The townhouse was immaculate, comfortable and very well appointed which made it so easy to relax and unwind. The grounds and views over the bay were absolutely stunning and the location was the best - walking distance to everything! We have a splendid time on our mums weekend away. Thank you!

Mornington Peninsula Seastays were extremely responsive with my initial query and all subsequent queries which made choosing a property to rent very easy. All questions were promptly resolved and they were very helpful in making the booking process as quick and easy as possible. The check-in process was efficient and all relevant information provided to make it a hassle-free process. Great service and great property.

Untrustworthy Avoid -
Kelly was the person taking out booking for a 4 night stay in rosebud
She gave me the cost I paid, she then texts and says sorry it’s booked -
She then offer’s me the sea Eagle and tells me it’s award winning property
Little choice but we took it
What she didn’t tell us is it did in fact win a award- In 2010 14 years ago
Anyway the stay was ok
However I messaged this Kelly With regards to getting the bond back after the 7 th day and as she could not give me proof that the bond was released back she went ahead and blocked my number stating harassment!
It is now 9 days and I have not recieved my bond back which I have been told by my back that they still have

Very responsive, professional and clear with instructions to guide our stay. We were traveling with someone with a physical disability and they made our trip really smooth and easy. Nice guides for travel too!

We stayed at the Sea Dragon accommodation in Dromana. The place was wonderful, clean and had everything we needed for our stay, including an air fryer which ended up being handy for dinner!
Kelly at Mornington Peninsula Sea Stays was great to deal with and I’d highly recommend using them for your accommodation! I will definitely be using them again!

What a host. We stayed here for our wedding. The hosts were so accommodating and beautiful. The house was sparking, comfortable beds and the view.it's something you have to experience. The location is walking distance to everything. We will be booking again 5 stars

Just wanted to thank Kelly from MPSs for your assistance on this late booking on a long weekend of the Pirates Treasure house Rosebud. Nothing was too much trouble and the house had everything we were looking for & was beautiful with perfect location!

A great house with plenty of room and activities. A short walk to the water and pet friendly. Great for kids and families - great coffee around the corner also!

I would highly recommend Mornington peninsula seastay! It’s location is perfect and is walking distance from the shops and the beach. The apartment is beautiful and has all the utilities needed. We could not fault our stay!

We have now booked through Mornington Peninsula Seastays 3 times after a couple of negative booking experiences elsewhere. MPS are so responsive and helpful and they go above and beyond with local advice. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

Beautiful home. Wonderful Bay views. Great garden. Close to the beach and all amenities. Dog friendly. We'll be back.

We recently stayed at the Waters Edge in Rye. It was immaculate. Great bedrooms and lounge area upstairs. Back decking had tables, chairs and BBQ.

Kelly from Mornington Peninsular Sea Stays was unbelievable with her great service! She helped us out of a sticky situation!

Be careful booking during these unprecedented times.additional high fee for change in dates (if they feel like offering this option) and no refund of deposit - lost $700 due to guests not being able to come from NSW.
